Only thing that spoiled the day was we arranged to be first that day on the phone and were told that would be fine so we arrived just before 0800 to be told we were not booked until 1000 so we had to go into Horsham for a while, apart from that service was fine.

Did a good job repairing a 30mm crack. When booking there were no free slots for almost 2 weeks but after a few days they phoned to offer a slot that afternoon as a gap in their schedule had arisen.

Great service, lad was friendly and did a cracking job.

I made a request for a new windscreen through my insurance and auto windscreen was the company provided. The technician was onetime polite and completed the job promptly. Thank you auto windscreen:)

Due to rain I had to take my car to the workshop rather than being done at home. It was very close by and I was delighted to be offered this rather than having to reschedule. The car was fixed promptly and everyone I interacted with was courteous and knowledgeable. No problems at all.

Jake came while we were away and our neighbour dealt with him. I spoke to Jake on the phone and my neighbour and I found him to be very professional and helpful - nothing was too much bother. The whole process was easy and stress free.

Appointment easy to arrange and kept to time. Car returned in good order with new windscreen and insurance aspect all cleared and agreed.

Fitter came when promised & worked efficiently & quickly explained the process when I asked, friendly & professional. Would be good to have a Basingstoke base, he had a full day's appointments just in Basingstoke, seems there's demand!

The screen and fitting were all good. However my dash cam has never been able to stick to the windscreen since.
They must have pulled it off the windscreen rather than releasing the suction. They need training on Nexus dash cams! After trying for a few weeks I gave in and looking at buying a new expensive fitting. Thanks
