Tampered seals on component packaging
Hi , my order arrived on time however the seal on the box the component was in had been cut and re sealed also the inner plastic bag seal was not intact with a note stating if seal was broken it was not returnable , luckily the component worked when fitted but if faulty i may have had problems returning it . It appears it had previously been returned and not re packaged properly .

Delivery was fast everything but the one parcel return get not well ! I can't send it back they ask me to pay custom charge and other fees to return the part ,you're company said that it's free return up to September and when I was at post office they ask me to pay I print the labels you sent me I put the original purchase invoice in the box with the part and properly wrapt with return label and custom charge proof C23form all you ask me to do and still I have to pay more than I paid for part to return the part to you 😂 that's minus .

Very high delivery charges. More than the item bought. Expected to be delivered quick. Did not deliver on time, although expensive postage, showing 'in stock' but did not post for several days. No communication available apart via the online chat. Do not buy from these.

Broken app checker cost me £130
Broken app checker cost me £130. Avoid AutoDoc! I used their app's registration lookup tool, which guaranteed a part would fit my Lexus. Paid a professional garage £100 to fit it, only for the mechanic to find it was completely incompatible. AutoDoc customer service refused to accept responsibility, claiming their checker "isn't guaranteed." They then let the return package clear customs tracking expire, forcing the carrier to send it back to the UK. Absolute scam behavior. Currently being investigated by Klarna and the UK International Consumer Centre. Avoid at all costs!

Very slow to deliver
I would echo other users' comments regarding AutoDoc. They have a great array of products for just about any car you can think of. Their RIDEX branded parts (at least the ones I have tried) are also of good quality and well-priced.
They are let down by dispatch and delivery, however, so if you are looking for car parts urgently these are not the people to go to. I have routinely experienced 4-7 day delay between placing an order and them actually dispatching the parts (even though they are shown as 'in stock') and, in the UK at least, they use EVRI - widely regarded as the slowest and least reliable delivery company by some margin.

The order was not delivered
The order was not delivered , the system for chasing up the order is near useless, i placed 1 order when i claimed a refund it was split into 3 my refund should be 36.34 they have indicated it is 11.99 . i am very unsatisfied with the contact bot useless . the tracking numer i was given was not recognise by Fed Ex so i cant chase the order . all i get is it has been dispatched. not good enough service rubbish still no good or refund ?

Good customer service...eventually!
I've ordered from Autodoc several times before without issue, price is good but delivery is a bit slow and can take a week or more for the parts to arrive. This time I ordered several items, including a pair of brake discs, apparently indicating delivery in a couple of days, after a week my order arrived but only 1 brake disc arrived, I was told by online chat the item hadn't been collected by the courier, and after not hearing anything I was told they are waiting for the warehouse to get back to them, after not getting anywhere with live chat in the app I contacted trust(at)autodoc.co.uk and Hanna sorted out the issue and a new pair (they are only sold in pairs) of brake discs were sent, so after 3 weeks I got my order, the 5 stars go to Hanna, the warehouse/dispatch only get 4 stars, and online chat 1 star.

Poor customer service
Correct (pattern) part ordered, it had the correct part number and it fitted perfectly (throttle body) but car wouldn’t run - in fact it ran better with the old defective throttle body in place.
I suggested the part was either defective or the pattern part was a poor copy and asked for a refund which was initially accepted - after 2 weeks of no money being refunded they contacted me to say that the part showed evidence of having been fitted and they wouldn’t issue a refund…yes obviously it had been fitted, that’s how we knew it was crap - they told me I could have the part sent back to me at my cost or they could dispose of it but no refund given…clearly the site is too good to be true and I’ll be ordering OEM parts from a different auto factors from now on.
