I am trying to return a product. You say its easy but it is anything but easy. You only have given two options and neither of them work.
1) help centre (Oops! page not found)
2) Live Chat? Well it is NOT a Live chat... It is AI! Stupid question non of which you can EASILY find how to return a product. Oh, you do give us 14 days to 200 days! Most of that is spent trying to work out how to send an item back....

Thoroughly Unimpressed.
7 days after ordering 2 items in stock the courier is still waiting to receive them. I have cancelled the order, delivery will not be accepted even if consigned and I will now wait for a refund. A weeks wait for an Aerial and a set of wiper blades is unacceptable.

Do not purchase from this company it is NOT despite the email address a uk company anything you purchase comes from either German or Polish warehouses it’s a front for AUTODOC it’s almost impossible to return an item and will cost you at least £9 when they finally decide to accept a return I contacted them to cancel the order was told I couldn’t cancel as it had been dispatched even though it was 3 days later that the courier received order and a further 5 days before I received it. I was then advised to reject delivery which I did after a lot of arguing with delivery driver who refused to accept my refusal he left but took it to a neighbour asking them to take it as he had received no answer at my door. It was another 6 days before I managed to get a return label and the return instructions

Order states delivered by DPD Couriers but even though at home, no courier delivered. There is no phone number or email address to ask what is happening, so believe now the website is a SCAM. Don't order from them as you will not get your order and lose your money.

Warning!!! they are part of Auto doc and the service s terrible and they ship via Evri, ive been waiting over two weeks for a delivery and they still cant even get it sent to another address as Evri wont deliver to my works address, but they decided to ignore my request and try and send it to my works address again and not my home address, no care and no call from a manger, buycaroarts.co.uk are not in the UK so don't expect to get anything quickly!!! just all around terrible service

I ordered 4 tyres, they sent 2, only 1 arrived.
No communication from them about cancelling half of my order.
Customer service was appalling, no attempt to resolve the issue, just obfuscation and delay. I had to process a chargeback - and lo and behold, finally someone contacted me! Shows you what they are about...

I bought car parts from autodoc, which turned out to be incorrect for my vehicle.
Andrew, at autodoc agreed to their return for refund, although they were in fact beyond the normal returns window. (They had been stored securely in my garage for some months).
Autodoc funded the return and supplied a pre-addressed lable.
Excellent service, above and beyond my expectations!

Great service and arrived quickly. My Volvo is very poorly. The AA couldn't fix it so I went ahead and ordered some new plugs an ignition coils from Buycarparts. Unfortunately these didn't seem to be the problem after swapping the old ones out. However, I will be buying from Buycarparts again if I manage to find the fault. Fair price and in stock parts.
