TERRIBLE DELIVERY TIME AND NO ASSISTANCE
I've been regularly using AUTODOC to purchase parts for business use, and my most recent order has still not arrived. I desperately need the parts I have ordered, and according to their website/app it still hasn't even been shipped. I am now losing income due to their late delivery. I have reached out to their customer service team who have refused to assist, and state there is nothing they can do. None of my other orders have taken this long to arrive (or to ship!). How can my order not even be a shipped a week after ordering!?

refund problem…
Extremely disappointing refund experience
I am very disappointed with Autodoc’s handling of my return and refund.
My order was delivered on 13/07/2026, and I submitted my return request on the same date. The Autodoc order tracking clearly confirms that the return request has been received and is being processed, yet I am still waiting for my refund.
I find this unacceptable. Once a customer has returned an item and the return has been acknowledged, the refund should be handled promptly and transparently.
I have contacted Autodoc regarding this matter and expect the money owed to me to be refunded without further delay. If this is not resolved, I will consider escalating the complaint through the appropriate consumer/regulatory channels and pursuing the matter through the Small Claims Court if necessary.
I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Autodoc if they may need to return an item.

There is no information from courier that parcel was sent back to us. If you check the tracking information it is stated that parcel was delivered to your address.
We didn’t know that you refused the parcel and at this moment we didn’t get the parcel back.

good service and exhaust part fitted perfect. shame the bolts in the fitting kit werent suitable and ended up using existing bolts on the car otherwise all good. delivery only took couple of days with very good communication. however there was a time period between paying for the part and the first contact from the delivery company which should be improved by emailing or texting the order immediately
so customers feel reassured.
