The company really reliable and trustworthy of handling your package from receiving and returning package if you dont want to be ship to your country. Not only that but charges are more cheaper than other forwarder company when shipping multiple item. Am giving a rating 4 because they have their own app that would make it easier to access.

Firstly I got told about this shipping company from an Australian online retailer who recommended me about - AusFF, and I have to say so far so good. Opened and account, had parcel shipped to them and followed the process for shipping to uk. You have a choice of photo processing pick of them just before packing which is really great option. They are in communication with you and sent FedEx tracking information. Now I’m waiting for delivery by next week, I would highly recommend using this company for a shipping address in Australia. Will definitely use Them again in future wil recommendations for my family and friends.

First time using their service and was apprehensive. Quick turn around and fairly easy to do, certainly an easier part of the whole "buying overseas without direct postage" process.
They sort of lock down your account while it's not funded or active(?), so the invoices, dates, history, etc, aren't accessible.
But would certainly use again.
