AusFF comes highly recommended
I ordered products from an Australian company. I sent them to the Australian address AusFF provided. They were received. AusFF sent them to AusPost. AusPost sent the package to America. I got what I ordered in a fast shipping time. The packaging was very well done. There was no damage to my items. AusFF can be trusted to be a great way point used to get goods that would otherwise not be accessible to Americans. I highly recommend their service.

Great service for Kiwis
Plenty of local shops worth buying from even if they don't ship outside of Aus. These guys will help you get it sorted and shipped to where you need.

They just closed my account with the package I had with them. They would not even lemme ship out the package. You say you don't serve Nigeria, but yet allows Nigerians to sign up on your website so you could steal their parcel.

Just tried AusFF for the first time - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I just tried AusFF for the first time. Ordered some clothes from an Australian store that does not ship internationally. So, I created an account on AusFF, signed-up for a free trial, and was immediately given a warehouse address in Australia. I then ordered my gear from the Australian store for shipment to this AusFF warehouse. AusFF received the item in a few days, immediately notified me via email. After logging into my AusFF account, I was given a plethora of international shipment choices from which to choose. I chose the FedEx international shipment option. I just received my items. I couldn't be more pleased. AusFF made it SO EASY! From the moment I ordered my items to receipt, it was less than two (2) weeks. I highly, highly recommend AusFF! I'll definitely be using them again for my Australia/International shipment needs. 5+ stars!!

More than anything the way
More than anything the way. They wrap their arms around me and treated me like family and walked me through the process over and over again as I forgot it took me several months to get the package out. Probably a month to get it to him and maybe a month to get it out but they worked me through the whole thing. I mean they honestly did they. They walked me through it like a child which has to be done with my disease. I have tourette's autism and just had a stroke so I forget everything and the whole child likeness of the Asperger's syndrome. They just really are amazing. People couldn't love them more

First time using AUSFF, now a fan
This is my first time using AUSFF or any international mail forwarding service. It's been such an easy, straightforward process so far. I just requested my items to be shipped from Australia to the US and I expect them to arrive in 3-7 business days. The customer service agens at AUSFF are super helpful and responsive - on email and on chat. I highly recommend AUSFF for your international mail forwarding needs! Bonus: The first time you use AUSFF, you can request a free one-off trial. Defintely take advantage of that! And they also accept third party methods of secured payment (e.g., Paypal).

Everything fine. There is a range of prices to choose from depending on your needs. My package was sent fast, with FedEx it came from Australia to Italy in a week. Customer service is helpful.

Hi everybody.
Shopping in Australia it's really quest! Many sellers don't wanna ship outside.
I search mail forwarding company in Australia many times. And i don't know why but coudn't found "AusFF" in web.
Two or three weeks ago accidentally found these guys and decided try.. what can i say?
They works fast. I bought 10 games, got package to the warehouse in Australia, and now games on his way to USA for me.
