Mixed experience
Mixed experience, was unsure online which product to pick has they all look pretty similar by the photos so went to visit the site to view the showroom so i could visual see the quality and decided which would be best for my needs. Was advise showroom was shut due to covid, however Sarah on the team kindly gave me some samples and prices (prices matched the online price) for me to take away so me and my partner could make a decision that evening which we would like the most. Next day i go online to place the order and the total price has gone up by £56, i called and spoke to Sarah to say we made a decision and happy to purchase but noticed the price she quoted and the online price had increased overnight. I advise Sarah i was happy to purchase but wanted the price she offered which was the same online the day before only to be told she made a mistake with price and they must have been an issue with the online price (which i found hard to believe) also and that nothing could be done. The experience from day 1 to day 2 were complete polar opposite, so much that i decided to take my business elsewhere.
