The worse online company I've ever used…
The worse online company I've ever used 1st cooker delivered faulty had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement 2nd cooker the ceramic top cracked due to heat of the ring on the 4th time of using it was told by customer service warranty don't cover this it's only 4 weeks old they didn't care. Use them at you perol. We never recommended them to anyone. This review we probably be deleted as they won't want bad reviews being seen. A very unhappy customer out of pocket to the tune of £600.00. now have to buy another cooker. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Do not buy from this company you have been warned.

Organised really well
Organised really well. Given a 2 hour slot. Delivery van driver phoned 20 mins before arriving. Our washing machine was unpacked, installed and the packaging removed. Everything went smoothly with our installation explained. I was really impressed.

easy to order, great price, great communications, the order came on the right day, in the time that was set and we received a phone call from the driver to tell us we exactly when he would arrive. The delivery people were polite, helpful and handled the appliances with care. No faults with any part of the service. Well done!

My retro fridge freezer delivery was excellent the driver was very helpful I have always wanted a retro fridge freezer the packaging was very well done it's light turquoise blue and l am very happy with it was easy to order and I was always kept in the loop.

Wheres my chimney?
The bbq is advertised as a smoker with a chimney. It doesnt have a chimney. Would of returned the item if i had more time before hosting a bbq. Materials are ok, definitely not high quality. The lid took a lot of persuading to be even remotely square with the base. Nuts used on the air vents are not locking as stated in the instructions, they work loose after a few rotations of the vent. The lifting mechanism is clumsy and I cant seeing lasting more than a few uses. But it is a fair sized bbq for the price. Would not recommend.
Edited in response. I bought the bbq and paid for next day shipping because I needed the smoker for the day after. I didnt contact you because there was no time to get a replacement. Just please stop selling products that are so drastically wrong.
