The product is great as was the delivery. However I took ages to order… and I’m glad I did. I could of ordered a refurbished oven for £30 cheaper however refurbished doesn’t come with free delivery and the cost of delivery £30 and if you want a dedicated 4 hour delivery window, that’s another £12

Perfect Service
After purchasing my freezer from Appliances Direct the company provided me with a number of updates relating to the delivery. On the day of the delivery I was advised on a 3 hour delivery window.
I was advised by phone bythe carrier 30 minutes prior to my delivery.

I bought a microwave
I bought a microwave. As soon as I opened the (ripped) box I could see the damage. Obviously, it wasn’t checked before sending out. All correspondence is through email, highly frustrating. I told them I am disabled and rely on the microwave and I needed a replacement asap. They said the only way to do that was for me to keep it and dump it myself? Then they could release a new one? Or wait 48 hrs or more (not including weekends) let them pick it up and then, once received, they will send another? I’m looking at another week!
Very bad customer service. Even though I gave them dates of when they could pick it up, they repeat the email the next day, further delaying a pick up. I would steer clear from this company. I spent my last available money on this item. So I have no choice but to put up with thier incompetence. Do not buy from this company. Go to a shop where you can actually talk to a human if you have problems. Never again. In the meantime I have a broken microwave stuck in my hallway in the way of my stair lift?!! Poor poor poor

On ordering an appliance, you were given imformation on delivery dates and delivery costs. Also dates for free delivery. Again delivery slots with times to suit.
Delivery guys were polite! Gave a call 15 minutes prior to delivery and placed item where i requested, which was in my garage.
Item was well packaged.
Overall very happy.
