Great Service
Great service. No issue with the claim. Painless process and made a stressful time less stressful. I have had this insurance for years and wouldn’t be without it. I know that if my dog has any issues then I can get her treated without delay.

Latest claim settled very quickly, as it has been for past claims involving my dog (Angel) who has a number of serious health issues.

Joli vet service is very helpful and reassuring, saving vet visits for minor concerns.
Could have waited more than 24 hours for asking for feedback after cancellation of policy due to death of my dog!

Very straightforward and quick
Very straightforward and quick. Vet processed the claim and money was paid out within a few days. We had a query regarding the claim (our dog had surgery to remove 3 lumps and it had gone through as 2 conditions), so called up the insurance and the query was answered and everything explained.

Claims are paid as soon as the vet remembers to put them through...as we have a dog with a condition.. straight forward n clear whats happening. Been with them for 6 years
