Hair is lovely quick delivery really happy with colour only thing I had and it is very small the bundles were wrapped so tightly in thread I had to use scissors was difficult and was scared incase I cut the hair but overall really pleased

I ordered ice blonde 24 inch 200grams…
I ordered ice blonde 24 inch 200grams within 8 weeks I had 152grams in my hair, I took them out to weigh them spend £650 pound to get 8 weeks out them, they blame customers saying it's what you use on them, even tho I used all there products, I offered to sent them back for testing and they refused because I had them over 30 days, as a business you shouldn't treat your customers like this!!! NEVER WILL I EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, take people money but won't refund are replace when there faulty, its so easy for them to blame the customers even tryed to blame my hair salon lady saying she hadn't put the 200 grams in my hair so they asked me to take them out and measure them said between 62 and 65 inches the full row, so I took them out and they was 62 inches, I have taken them to small claims, and I suggest no one uses this company, so basically you will pay 650.00 for 8 weeks and if they don't last tuff, RUDE DOESNT EVEN COME CLOSE, make sure you take them to small claims if this happens to you, as they will keep doing it and taking your money!!!!

Hello Danielle, you called us asking for advice saying you think your hairdresser hadn't fitted the full 200g amount as you only had two rows when you took your hair out. You then weighed it yourself and had 152 grams, and then compared this to your sister who had 200g and had 4 rows fitted. You also said on the phone to us that you had no shedding and none of your hair had come out. This is what raised the question of you not having had all of the 200g fitted, you were then asked to check this with your hair extensionist who had fitted and purchased the hair from us. We are the company who supply hair extensions not the salon you have had them fitted at, I think you have left this review on the wrong Trustpilot page.
