Very poor stock management …
So I would like to give more but there were deficiencies that affected my experience in two stores and YOUR sales. Nottingham stores - Lenton Lane and Trent Lock
The staff were polite and informative. The stores were well laid out and stuff was easy to find. And very nice clothing product.
BUT the sizes in clothes we wanted were not available. We wanted medium sizes for both of us. Virtually none to be found. We bought 4 items of clothing between us. But would have bought at least 2-3 times that if the stock had been available. The guy at Trent Lock said -“ that size always goes really quickly “. ????? Come on. How can you run a retail business like that. Very poor stock management.

Offered assistance when I entered shop and when I declined staff did not try to reverse my option. They had variety of clothing I liked the look of. Clubs choice remains excellent.
