Shame this one can't have 0 stars - AWFUL
Shame this one can't have 0 stars! Absolutely shocking customer services, trying to contact them when they have a 0800 number also doesn't help!! Who has 0800 numbers now anyway?!- Get a 0300 so that we're not paying a fortune just to stay on hold until someone can actually be bothered to answer the phone.

I'm sorry to hear you feel our customer service is poor. However, without knowing why you wanted to contact us it's impossible for us to comment further. We pride ourselves in excellent service so, if you had successfully reached us (sorry you weren't able to but our phone lines are monitored during and well beyond business hours) then I'm sure we would have resolved your issue to your satisfaction.
I think you may also be confused about 0800 numbers. This is, just like an 0300 number, completely free for you as a customer to calls so should you ever wish to try calling again the call will cost you nothing.
