A remarkably simple and fast booking service and our nanny Sarah was wonderful. My toddler had absolutely no tears when we left him for his mornings with her and all 4 children were very taken with her when she babysit one evening. She cake prepared with crafts and activities for a variety of aged children and was kind, friendly and helpful. We could not recommended Alpine Angels more highly!!

We used Alpine Angels (Helena) whilst staying in Kitzbuhel. She was fantastic with our baby daughter (4 months old) and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!!! Lovely lady with a gentle and kind nature. If we could have bought Helena home with us, we would have :)

Our nanny, Marietta, was excellent. She was flexible and could meet us at the top of the mountain, in town or in the chalet. Very pleased. Would use Alpine Angels again if in need of a holiday nanny and happy to recommend.

We had a great experience! Sarah was so great with our kids and was very punctual. Our kids loved her and we will definitely use Alpine Angels again when we are in a resort where they provide childcare services.

I have nothing bad to say about our experience and would only offer my highest recommendation to others looking for childcare services.

Marietta was great, really warm and kind to my daughter who isn’t a big fan of new people. Great, high quality toys also provided and left with us for the duration of our stay.

Helped us out very last minute when our childcare plans fell through. The nanny was very professional and our 18 month old had a good time with her. Would use the service again.

Brilliant nannies, so accommodating and flexible to our needs. Niki and Helena took great care of our kids and made sure they were kept occupied and entertained whilst in their care. Both were polite and we were very comfortable leaving our young children with them. Thank you alpine angels. We will be using you again!

Amazing nanny and efficient service. I would recommend unequivocally.

Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending alpine angels. Our nanny was outstanding, my little girl took to her instantly and throughout the day she gave me updates which really put our minds at ease. Really made a difference to our holiday. Would definitely use this service again.

Amelia Sjoeberg was an excellent babysitter while we were in St. Anton. She was friendly, reliable and helpful. Our daughter became fond of Ameila very quickly, doubtlessly because she was highly attentive and engaged in minding and entertaining her.

Nanny we got from Alpine Angels was fantastic! Really happy with experience. Even when we had challenges with avalanche and the nanny couldn't get to us, they were doing everything possible to help us out. Will definitely use their services again. St. Anton.

Alpine Angels offers absolutely superb service from start to finish and I would give the highest recommendation to anyone looking for childcare in resort. From my initial enquiry email (which was answered in minutes!) to the flexibility when we changed our accommodation (and dates!) three times nothing was ever too much trouble. The booking process was exceptionally easy, I had several questions prior to booking, and a little anxiety as my children are reasonably young (ages 2 & 3). But my mind was put at easy immediately, and none of my queries were dismissed at all. The contact I received throughout the time that the nannies were with our boys was fantastic, updating us when needed for peace of mind. We were lucky enough to have two different nannies take care of our children and both were wonderfully competent, kind and caring. The boys so looked forward to the nanny arriving each day......their enthusiasm was more than enough of a reassurance for me that they were being incredibly well cared for. As all parents feel, the worry of finding safe childcare can be incredibly concerning but I can say with absolute honesty this company is exceptional and clearly holds very high standards. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone (and will definitely be using them again myself in the future!)
