The booking process with easy and we always recevied prompt replies to our emails Danielle who cared for our daughter (15 months) and various other of our parties children (Ages 4-7) was amazing. She took the children out and about, entertained them in our chalet and delivered and picked them up from whereever as needed. Throughly recommend Alpine Angels.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Alpine Angels while staying in St Anton for a week’s ski holiday. Booking was really easy and Marietta always quick to respond. Abi looked after our 2 year old boy for 4-5hrs each day and she always made the time fun for him - bringing him toys, taking him for walks and sledging each day, going to see farm animals, hot chocolates, etc etc. He loved it and was so happy to see her each morning. The service was also really flexible and we were able to change or add hours/times from day to day as well depending on our needs. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this agency for childcare.

Sophie was genuinely interested in making it special for the children. She was well capable of a toddler going through his tantrums, and dealt with him brilliantly. Jamie was very happy. She also gave us ideas ourselves to make the holiday better like the swimming and soft play. She didn’t hesitate to help us with picking up food for the kids and really I felt she wanted to help as much as she could. Highly highly recommend her as a nanny. Anyone lucky to have her and hope to get her again next year X

Excellent communication leading up to the babysitter arriving

Very pleased with the experience we had with Alpine Angels. Booking was very easy and Marietta was very helpful and clear with the process. Our nanny Sophie was excellent and our 2 year old daughter loved her and still asks about her now we are back in the UK. Sophie was was very reliable and professional and clearly very experienced. The booking was extremely easy, and Marietta was very communicative and organised. In resort, Abi couldn't have been better. She was calm, down to earth and flexible. The kids loved spending time with her and we would go back again tomorrow if we could!

Our nanny Marietta was fantastic and our 5 year old son loved her. She was totally flexible and just fit in with whatever we wanted to do which was a huge help. She was fun and creative and we felt very at ease leaving her with our child. I would definitely recommend Alpine Angels

We were very impressed with our experience with Alpine Angels from the ease of booking through to the quality of the care, they were excellent. Grace was very relaxed and professional in our young son's company and he thoroughly enjoyed his time with her. It really helped make our holiday as it is the first time we left him with someone that he doesn’t know well.

Positive attitude and full of energy. Knows St. Anton well so Charlene had fun around town. Likes to take Charlene outdoor. Unfortunately, we weren't able to build a good snowman together as the snow condition wasn't ideal.

Sarah took outstanding care of our son over the past week. She had lots of fun activities planned and he had a fantastic time. Sarah was very easy to deal with right from our initial contact with her. She was flexible, punctual and absolutely lovely. We will certainly be using the services of Alpine Angela next season.

I am super happy with the overall service and the high quality and empathy of the child-minder. The family had a great time skiing and my daughter had even better time enjoying the facilities of the ressort and our residence. I would recommend with no doubt this service again.

We were really impressed with Alpine Angels. Marietta and Grace were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly and professional and had such a warm, lovely manner. Our children were very happy with them and they were very adaptable to changing plans which was greatly appreciated.

Marietta and Grace were great. Their assistance meant we could all enjoy our ski holiday and not worry about the children ages from 4months - 5 years. The children were happy to stay with them and the 2 older ones especially liked going in the bubble up the mountain and going to the swimming pool.
They brought the baby to me on the mountain so I could get the most snowboarding in and not have to return to the chalet to feed.

We had a seamless experience with Alpine Angels. After booking a last minute trip to Sankt Anton during New Year's week, we reached out to enquire about nanny availability. Despite the fact that this is absolutely peak of the peak season, they were courteous and willing to work with us and try to find a nanny for a part of the dates requested. Communication by email was quick and clear, and always professional.

On the day of our booking, our nanny arrived on time and immediately put us and our children at ease. She kept us aware of their activities through the day, which continued to help us relax. The best indication of our experience is that our boys were smiling and happy when we returned, and that they said they had a great time.

We will absolutely use Alpine Angels on our next trip to Sankt Anton (and will book well in advance, as they are in high demand!).

Used Alpine Angels to look after our 19 month old toddler during a ski holiday. First of all on the day of arrival a box of age appropriate toys, books and supplies was delivered to our chalet, a huge help! Grace our Nanny was amazing, she very quickly built a great rapport with our daughter and promptly responded to my stalker mummy texts etc with details and photos which put my mind at ease. I could not recommend this firm highly enough, they just get what you need as a parent and deliver it, exceeded all my expectations.
