Super all round, from the correspondence and information gathering at the start, to the wonderful nanny we had, everything was done to help us feel at ease that our children were in the best possible care. The children had a great time and were very happy too.

Manuela our nanny was wonderful and made me feel at ease immediately as I’d never left my 7month old with anybody before. She was really confident with what to do and my daughter had a lovely week with her.

Very friendly and professional nanny service. They let us know all was well at the chalet with a quick message (as requested) while we wree out and they came for an extra visit i advance of hours booked to see the children and say hello. Would use them again and recommend to anyone. Lovely ladies.

The lady who looked after our 4 month old was brilliant. She was very friendly and we were able to enjoy our days skiing as a result.

I would not hesitate to use Alpine Angela again. Our Nanny, Daisy, was fantastic. She turned up exactly when she was asked to (which differed most days) and sent us lots of lovely photos during the day. Our son clearly enjoyed her company which helped us enjoy our holiday knowing he was in safe hands.

Dependable. Arrived a few minutes early. Took the girls outside for a stroller ride after their naps. The girls were very comfortable with our sitter. Would hire thru Alpine Angels again.

Fantastic company run as a truly professional service. Even when our primary nanny fell sick, Sarah was able to find a last minute substitute and handled the situation with great deal of professionalism. Would definitely do business with them again next year!

Kim, our nanny in Mayrhofen was excellent. She was very friendly and I felt completely confident leaving my 8 month baby with her. She gave us good feedback at the end of the day about everything they did and was very flexible. I was concerned about how our baby would react to being left with a stranger as it was the first time we had used a nanny but she made him feel relaxed straight away and he was very happy with her. I would definitely use Alpine Angels again.

Very happy with the service and babysitter!!

We were going to ski in Ischgl for a few days and due to finding no other accommodation elsewhere we ended up renting a place in See (about 25 min from both Ischgl and St. Anton). During our search for a babysitter we came across Alpine Angels and decided to email to see if they could make See work as it's not on their list of official locations. We promptly received a response and a total cost, and decided to go ahead and book them. They are really serious about your kids, as you fill out very detailed forms about them so that they can really get to know who they are.

Everything worked out great for us. Not only was all the communication prompt and clear, but Sarah did a stellar job babysitting our 6 month old and 2.5 year old sons, despite one of them fighting a cold and up and down fever. She brought lots of toys and other things to play with, and they went outside to play each day and even did a trip into Ischgl as well.

I would highly recommend Alpine Angels and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again to watch our kids for our next ski trip in the Anton/Ischgl area. Thank you!!

Professional and caretaking babysitters. I can highly recommend this service for both babies and toddlers.

I was very impressed with Alpine Angels who we used to look after our 8 month old baby for a few days while we enjoyed the mountains in St Anton. Sarah was trustworthy, competent and reliable. She offered to meet me so I could breastfeed him and then go back skiing and kept us up to date with what they were up to. The service was flexible and allowed us to book our accommodation and childcare separately. I would defiantely recommend them.

i want to recommend Kim in mayrhofen, she took axcellent care of our babies, one year old and 1.3, she was amazing, and due to her we could enjoy our vacation with no worries, and ski with a queit mind!

Child care services were promised in a resort where they had no resident staff and subsequently due to bad weather they were not able to full fill the service - leaving us with no childcare cover. We managed to find alternative cover after 3 days. Alpine angels then refused to refund the deposit and even suggested that we pay extra for cancelling.

Alpine Angels is so well organised. Marietta our nanny was wonderful. The children immediately took to her and she made us feel so relaxed about leaving our 3 month old with her. Thank you !

Excellent service! We had to find someone last minute on 1 Jan and they found someone superb. The nanny came twice and she did an amazing job. Would highly recommend agency and nanny.
