Absolute crap, they don't blow enough heat out, there overpriced and just a waste of money ..DONT BUY

My alpha heater has broken, the sliver pin on the end is now stuck in the socket. Customer services, Haven’t even responded! Unfortunately for me I did not read these reviews. I wound NOT have purchased. Seems like a scam to me reading these. Not only have I wasted my money now I’ll need to spend more to get an electrician out.

These Alpha heaters are not fit for purpose,and the advertising is pure lies.They wouldn’t heat a small dog’s kennel never mind a room.Don’t believe the publicity,buyers beware and sellers should be prosecuted

This is a cheap fan and element produced in China that does not do what the advert promises. On complaining I was offered by return 75% of the purchase price which has been mentioned before with no dialogue. The money was refunded same day. Steer clear!

Bought 3 x alpha heaters on special offer price. Had read reviews and all seemed good. They came from a UK based distribution centre. On arrival all were broken, the main pin plug had snapped out of the plug. Contacted customer services and had to go through sending photos pictures of packaging etc etc after several emails was told that I had to return. At my cost to get a refund and return address was NJ USA. Cost to send tracked costs £32 as I needed proof of delivery and signature. Very Very unhappy with this company. They sent damaged broken goods and I had to pay the return postage costs!! Still waiting for my refund. Don't buy from this company.. I would not recommend

Don’t waste your money! I had mine for less then 60 days, gave off little heat but not amazing. Already is broken in just 60 days using it on the odd week. The company is not interested in getting back to you with a replacement or help. Warrenty lasts for 30 days, I would spend your money elsewhere!

This heater is a totally waste of money. More heat off a lighted candle. Doesn't heat any of my rooms, tried it everywhere. Very,very poor, Total rip off. DO NOT buy this heater, you're throwing your money away.😡

Only ticked one star to enable comment and completing this review. Zero Star is my rating. A month after ordering I still have not had any invoice emailed or my order delivered for 3 heaters. I was also charged for shipping despite buying the so-called remote controls. I never received any email about the transaction or delivery except my PayPal receipt. I have asked for a refund and only had non-transparent long-winded response of further promise of discount and a future date range of delivery. Have escalated my complaint to a claim of full refund. This is bogus and so frustrating.

Received my heater and it certainly doesn't live up to expectations. Pretty cheap material and certainly doesn't heat my small living room and it isn't silent. Absolute c..p!! However the company have been quick with all communication and I'm to get some money back. Lesson learned!!!!!

i was drawn in by the slick advert and received a cheap, inefficient and obviously Chinese Heater

they haven't even written the instructions as if from a reputable Supplier

I purchased two heaters, when they arrived I did not think they were safe as they were very close to the carpet when plugged in. I returned them to USA within the specified time and have heard nothing from them I am out of pocket by £100 including postage. I do not know if their adverts are a scam but I will definitely not recommend them.

Awful design.
The heat is just sufficient to heat hands, but, will need to be propped up on a desk, can't stand this item.
Bar gets red and hot, potentially dangerous.

We received our Alpha heater yesterday, it's just a waste of electricity, heat on high setting no heat whatsoever circulating, remote control not working . Tried again today and doesn't even go on at all,.so i am not impressed, just a waste of £42 ,that price was with discount,

I bought this heater having read several claims and reviews. It took quite a long time for my order to arrive and I had to pay import duty as they came fro US. Be very careful as the site encourages you to get discounts and I accidentally over ordered. When the heater arrived they were fitted with UK plugs so at last a positive. The hype says heats room in minutes…… not exactly true BUT I did find my room comfortably warm after half and hour. My lounge is about 18 x 12 ft. I made sure the doors were closed and felt very comfortable all evening. It performs as stated and used 2kw in over 4 hours. The unit appears well made and has useful features such as a timer and heat settings. There is a remote available as an extra. I’ve seen a lot of these advertised at a range of prices….. so couldn’t say who is the genuine supplier, I paid too much and was prepared to return the heaters, or try to sell on, however I gave one to my son who was quite pleased with the performance and he has sold one to a friend. I would say buy these, watch how you use their site …. It’s tiny so don’t expect miracles…. But you should feel comfortable.

This heater is junk I bought 3 of them what a waste they say it heats up a room in 60 seconds maybe 60 hours.....Plugged one in my room ran it for 5 hours the temp didn't raise at all what a joke don't waste your money...I emailed them that I wanted a refund they offered me a 75% refund and I could keep the heaters....I accepted the offer to avoid the hassle of shipping them back.....Oh well live and learn

If I could give minus I would!! Uk support answers nothing! They have taken two payments of my card and another card and refunded less that half! Such a con. Please save your money!

The biggest rip off you would ever have the displeasure to experience. Wouldn’t heat up a hamster cage even with three of them. Can’t believe they are still getting away with it. Where are trading standards? Must be working from home!! Certainly not heating their rooms with this torch. Unless they have & they have all died of hyperthermia. Feel sorry for the elderly & misfortunate to have fallen for this scam. Even myself for having been duped.

This is simply a 350 watt ceramic heater. It is a generic product sold under many names. It uses little electricity because it is only 350 watts. It will put out a small amount of heat compared with ‘normal’ 1500 watt ceramic heaters. Lower cost to use? Sure because it is a tiny heater.

“The Consumer Expert Review” shows these heaters to be the most efficient of them all, consequently I purchased one intentionally. Whilst ordering a button popped up offering a 50% discount on it. I clicked the button, but to my horror, I realised that I hadn’t read all of the small print and that I’d got a 50% discount or something like that on the one I’d bought, however, it had committed me to buy another two heaters as well. My fault for not being careful. I then read the many legitimate reviews of these heaters and realised that I’d been conned and that the heaters were totally useless. I was able to cancel my order within about 2 hours, but they said that the heaters had been shipped. They must be the fastest shippers in the business. Although they refunded about 85% of my payment, they kept just over £30.00 for shipping costs. Sharp practice by these people. I have been the victim of “Never give a sucker an even break” system. Oh dear!
