Alpha Heater 

These don’t work. They can barely heat a small bathroom. Plus, all 3 of mine worked for less than a month.

It came broken and when I tried to contact customer service, the phone number was always "busy" and the email response was that they would "get back to me" but never did.

I ordered 2 heaters and a remote. Shipping was supposed to be free.
I was charged for 5 heaters, a remote and a protection plan and charged for shipping. Customer service was impossible to get in touch with but when I did, they said, sorry, you can return the heaters but you’ll have to pay to ship them back.
I wrote and the response was the same. They told me the head office was in NJ but the tracking says China.
I would stay clear of this company.

Nothing works everything is too small, can't get through to customer service, will be reporting this to the better Business bureau and other companies to have the alpha heated jackets investigated that is associated with these companies.

Very Helpful and informative operative. Told us all about boiler and it's efficiency.

This heater is pure disappointment. An article have them as number one. I will never be tricked by these paid bloggers again. Additionally, this company is unethical. I emailed them for a refund. They told me to keep them and they will offer me a 50% refund. That was two months ago. It also seems like they spam my email.

Junk, could not heat a small room of 169 sq ft. Each time you touched it it would fall out of the wall socket. Cost me $10 to have it shipped to the house $10.50 to ship it back. Then they had the nerve to take another $10 out of my refund for a return fee. So the cost $30.50 for nothing. Go to Walmart and buy the cozy heater for under $30. It works great!

I ordered 4 alpha heaters Dec. 21, 2024. First of all, I received only 3 but didn't realize that until too late for a refund. The first one I tried worked for about 3 days then wouldn't turn on. I sent an email Jan. 8, 2025 reporting the problem. The response referred me to the owner's manual, which I had read. Unfortunately for me, I did not get back to the company in the 30 day limit for warranty. I have since tried 2 other of the heaters, and the standby buttons already don't work straight out of the box. My fault for not seeing that I had only 30 days to get a refund. If you can't make a product that lasts more than 30 days, don't bother.

I have now tried for 2 months to get 3 power banks that did not arrive with my order. I have been told 3 times they were shipped and asked to wait 7 days before calling again. We'll here we are again and I was told they.shipped.amd.I recieved them on Jan 15. I recieve 3 vests I ordered.on 15 Jan not the power banks. I have been lied to several times as the tracking number never left New Jersey for 10 weeks. They have basically stolen 60 to 70 dollars from me and they don't care because they already have the money.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.

What can I say. Thought I was buying something else when I paid it took me to the dodgy site to buy this Chinese plastic crap, at check out couldn’t believe the cost but thought it must be for postage . I’m a fool for being taken in lol. Turned up after a few weeks, as soon as I saw the thing I thought I’m not plugging in this thing. Went onto the www and found quite a few bits on this product, one from the UK Gov website warning not to use due to possible electric shock due to the plug not being made properly. I have a few photos but not sure if I can post here. I will if I get a chance.
When you get the email from them with a link to their support it just takes you to a blank page, never bothered trying the phone number as probably a waste of time. I’ll put this down to experience, won’t even try to get my money back as can’t be bothered. Obviously a scam. I’ll treat my payment of £64 as a kind of traffic fine and forget about it .

This item NEVER worked; the vest or the charger. Upon contacting customer service, they offered 85% refund vs total refund. Says it was restocking fee, although they advised to keep this vest which NEVER WORKED. What a scam!!!

Do not waste your money on this piece of junk.

I ordered 2 heaters and neither worked properly. I called in to return them only to be told that I could get a 50% refund which I argued until I got it to 85% of the cost of the units. They wouldn't refund shipping cost even though I was returning them because they were defective. I was told I could keep the heaters, oh great, I now have 2 useless heaters. These are inferior products from an even more inferior company. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. the instructions are beyond understandable; to return the product you have to pay shipping PLUS a restocking fee; OR they will give you a small credit and you can keep the product. Total Ripoff.

2 worked well…2 didn’t work at all. 1 worked for a day. Then this! Caught fire in the electrical outlet, fell off wall and burnt on my floor. Won’t let me show pictures.

My boiler packed up on Thursday so phoned first thing Friday as only had the boiler 3 years they class it as non emergency to fix and only work Mon - Fri. My 3 year old is sick and needs a proper bath and heating in the middle of winter. Completely unacceptable to be told 2-4 working days I will be contacted to book in. They are coming Tuesday but that will be 5 days of no heating/hot water

This is a false advertisement heater! Is doesn't heat up anything. Don't Buy!!! Total Fraud!!! The customer service will not give me back a full refund. Horrible service! Customers should be treated right. Again, don't buy this Heater EVER!!!

Do not buy!!! Units don’t put out much heat. I contacted the company by email but got no response. When I called I had to argue with the customer service person to get a full refund. I was given the option to keep the units for a 50% refund, then a 75% refund. I refused both. I was then told I would have to pay a $9.95 shipping fee and a $22.00 restocking fee. Nope, my response was if I didn’t get a 100% refund then my credit card company was going to investigate for fraud. I was then granted the full refund and didn’t have to send the items back. I will watch for my refund in 3-5 days and made sure I got a confirmation number. If no refund shows I will let my credit card step in. Unreal! This is why people don’t trust direct order because there is little support for unsatisfactory items.

SCAMMED and I'm very upset about this piece of JUNK

I bought the alpha heater and the first time I plugged it in, it stopped working after 10 minutes. Then the off and on switch doesn’t work. I tried to call 4 times and kept getting hung up on. I wrote an email and explained that I wanted to return and I wanted a refund. No response. I wrote 2 more emails, still nothing. After 32 days I finally got through today. I was told that I missed the return period and I was stuck with it. I’m out $55.91 and stuck with a piece of junk.
