Alpha Heater 

It looks cheap, seems wholly unsafe as a wobbly plug-in, the remote seems to have no connection with the device and who knows how, even if, it works?! This masterpiece of ‘Swedish’ design is made in China - with Pidgin-English instructions - and shipped from America.
All those 5-star reviews must be a fictional concoction.
Not impressed…

ABSOLUTE TRASH! This thing can barely heat 1 square foot, let alone the 700 they claim. Paid about $95 for 2. When I called to return them, I was only then told a 15% restocking fee would apply, along with return postage. Instead, they offered me a 50% discount and I kept them. Either way was a fleece, but don't waste your money on these. They're a joke!!!

This sounds like the same scammers who I fell victim to, only they were calling themselves Eco Warm at that time. They are currently posing as ECO FUSION, selling the same crap products at the same grossly inflated prices.

Poor service. Emails ignored, purchased 4, 1 broken, they sent a replacement that was also broken then ignored my emails. The heaters are quite noisy and limited in use. If you can work within their limitations then they can heat a room but they certainly are not as good as they advertise so it's a little misleading.

But the trust pilot reviews of the company recommending this were 5 stars - I don’t understand ?!

This thing couldn't heat a closet

Ordered 2, I know silly me, arrived broken, been trying for a month to get my money, emails ignored, then told were to send back tracked, another £25.56, arrived at the address no one to pick up at the address given, still waiting for refund one month later and not picking up emails

give 0 This website preys on vulnerable people such as the elderly, it's a vicious scam DO NOT BUY, the website needs to be shut down I am surprised it is still in operation.

Don't waste your money. Pure junk would not heat a small bathroom.

Terrible heater. The premise that this works to heat a room quickly is dreadfully misleading. I was swayed by a clearly biased consumer advice website that promoted these untrue claims and directed me to the website. When I contacted the customer service department they at first tried to fob me off and then stopped communicating completely. Fortunately I had used PayPal and kept records of my transactions. The same day I took out a case the company refunded me in full. This is obviously their MO! Hoping that complainants will not persevere and avoiding further investigation by capitulating when taken to task.

Plugged the heater in and it wouldn’t plug in all the way where it looked secure. It started up ok but very little heat from it. Called to return it and they offered a partial refund and I could keep the product. I had trouble understanding the rep.

I would give it 0 stars if offered. Total lies about heating a room in 60 seconds This thing is worthless, I was dumb enough to purchase 2 and I put both in my small office they won't even heat it. It's a scam, don't fall for it like so many of us have. Stay away.

Can’t fault the guys at alpha heaters. Good little earner for sure but a bit naughty.
Buy em if you want to but there not a lot of use.

This heater is a joke. You might as well use the heat of a hairdryer. They even charged me for return shipping and shipping here. It said guaranteed money back.

This heater is a fire hazard! Falls out of wall socket. No a CSA or UL compliance.

The producers of Alpha Heater said it would heat a small room up in seconds. It did not. I measured the heat in my 3mx4m bedroom and it actually went down over an hour. This 'heater' gives out next to no heat. It's a total scam and waste of money. I paid almost £10 to have it sent to me from USA , and almost £20 to send it back for a refund. After I ordered it I asked several questions via e mail and was promptly replied to. I also had frequent updates about where the heater was enroute. When I asked for a refund (and subesquently sent it back to the US) I have not had a single reply to my e mails at all. It's a poor quality heater with a very cynical sales team. Absolutely appalling. Let's see if they refund this pile of rubbish..Whatever you do, do not buy this Alpha Heater and do not trust the websites where it is positively reviewed. They are also scams.

Don't fall for the youtube and other ads for these heaters. I ordered 2 of these things and they are a fire hazzard. Both of mine would not stay plugged into the wall socket. They tip forward and partially expose the bare plug prongs in the wall. This was extremely shocking and painful to find out. This is a fire hazzard and a potential shock/electrocution hazzard. I got the ever loving life zapped out of me. These also get VERY hot. Do not plug them in where anything can get up against them or behind them. Good luck trying to get the remotes to work too. Neither of mine worked like they should have. I so wanted to like these heaters. I bought them to replace a couple of old small heaters I had in my bath rooms. Needless to say they will not be replacing anything in my house. The only good thing I can say about these is that when I contacted the company, they were very quick to do a refund, although they really pushed a hard upsell before doing it. Oh, and the company did not want them returned. THAT should tell you a lot.

The moment I opened the damaged box, I knew I'd been scammed. This item is nothing like the misleading ads and reviews and where is the heat? It wouldn't heat a parrots cage, let alone a room in a record number of minutes 😞 it also doesn't comply with our bs kite mark and yet somewhere in all the hype, it says made in the USA. All lies ...made in China. The returns policy states the buyer pays for return costs plus handling. It's not well made either. PLEASE DON'T BUY!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I cant belive I fell for this scam. The product is cheap plastic made in China and doesn't carry a BS kite mark.
