Great service, highly recommend

Great service over two extension projects. Very well organised, prompt and come when they say they will come. Work good quality and owner, Tony keeps a close eye on the work. We had some problems with a fibre glass roof and Allerton Windows came out as soon as we called and solved the problem even about 5 years after the work was finished. Would strongly recommend them for any extension work

We had what I like to call my library and a conservatory built and installed. A non-trivial piece of work since it necessitated the garage being knocked down. Everyone invlolved was fantastic and the result was of very high quality. I now spend a lot of time there reading and otherwise feeling smug. Special thanks to Tony, Steven, Colin, Noah, Ian and the painters for all the amazing work they did. They could not have been more professional and helpful. Any small difficulties, like hedgehogs in the trench, were very quickly and carefully dealt with. We can't praise them highly enough

What went wrong , everything. Disgusting company. Forget any guarantee. Now we have to go to small claims to get our door sorted. This is not what you want after paying out thousands of pounds just to get ripped off.

Very poor really look into them before buying. I recently bought windows and a door. The windows were not as we thought we ordered as the order was written by the person who came out. The door has a fault but because we did not complain with in 3 days they will not replace it. The door has a visible dent. As we were disappointed with the windows we did not look closely at the door. The fault was pointed out by another windows firm. Very poor service. Customer service I feel is a major part of any firm. I will never recommend this firm.

Reliable, helpful and friendly staff. My new French doors look fabulous. The two workmen who came out Paul and Gerrard were efficient and cleared everything up for me so all I had to do after installation of my new French doors was to sit back and admire! Highly recommended. A very pleasant experience and would be in no doubt about contacting them again.

Had new triple glazed window fitted today.

Fitters Barry & Karl arrived on time, carried neat & tidy window replacement work, very pleased

Will use AG&G them again next time a need a new window.

What a tremendous team effort, with effective two way communication from Tony, to achieve having our orangery roof sanded and painted whilst the weather favourable.(British weather an ongoing issue) . A magnificent surprise to receive text message from Eddie at 12md stating they would fit us in today. Eddie and two young men completed the task by working diligently together. TEAM EDDIE were all polite respectful, courteous and hard working. A team A BOSS/MANAGER would be proud of and ideal ambassadors for any company. Also get bonus points for tidying up and cleaning when the job complete. Thanks again. Would highly recommend this company

Paul, Tony, and the installation team were outstanding from start to finish. I initially got my windows replaced and a couple of weeks ago asked them to come back and fit my front door/porch area, as the experience was so smooth.
The finish on the porch is amazing and Tony and Brian (fitter) went above and beyond to make sure everything was finished to a really high standard.
Everyone - Paul, Pauline, Tony, the window fitters (I didn't get their names!) and Brian who fitted the door - were amazing.
Couldn't recommend Allerton Windows more - excellent.

What can I say about Allerton windows except exceptional standard of work and very reliable company. We had an orangery and Garage conversion and from start to finish Tony was there at every stage to make sure it was on track and up to standard. His employees are so skilled and reliable and turn up when they say so, even tidying up after themselves. Our build finished ahead of schedule and we are delighted with the end result. Would highly recommend Allerton windows for any type of work.

Excellent product. Carl and Barry are an excellent two man team - very pleasant, well mannered, nothing too much trouble and very clean. We would recommend them to anybody.

Absolutely shocking. They pretend that they can sort out an entire project but they can't.

It's all outsourced to people who turn up when they can be bothered but they'll take thousands off you in the meantime.

8 months on I still have a live wire that they can't sort out.

You just pay more using Allerton Windows that you could sort out on your own with less stress

Recently had 7 windows and a door. What we got is not what we ordered when we pointed out the mistake when windows were not fully in we were told this is what we signed for but not what we asked for. We thought John was writing down what we asked for signed the form but no. He came around within 20 mins but was told the windows ordered so we had to pay again . We kept the windows we asked for 3 to open upstairs and down but only one opened. Very disappointed. Would not go back. No apology. Fitters were great please don’t take the mistakes of the company out on them they are just fitting what they were asked to fit.

Had 5 windows replaced - everything went smoothly from start to finish. Eddy and his team turn up on time and clear up after themselves. The windows look lovely. I would use Allerton Windows again and highly recommend them.

I had a window converted to french doors in Sept 2021. Really pleased with the work so when 2 bedrooms needed new windows I went back to Allerton Windows. Had the work done only to be left with a howling noise every time it is windy outside. Numerous (maybe 20?) return visits from the 'snagging' team and it is still happening in high winds. I have to accept they have created a problem that can't be fixed by them. I wouldn't recommend or use again sadly.

Excellent service from the start. Communications throughout were spot on. As for the removal and installation, we couldn't be happier with the work that Callum and Josh carried out. The work was to an incredibly high standard, and they were efficient, professional and tidy. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Well what can I say! If I could give 10 stars I would! Brilliant from start to end. Tony came out first to discuss and quote - super helpful- super honest. The team that built our orangery were reliable, turned up when they said they would and the work was to a very high standard. I’m over the moon with our extension and it was a totally stress free experience. My advice - if you are looking to extend, don’t even bother going to anyone else - go straight to Tony at Allerton Windows - you won’t regret it!

Had 4 windows & a door fitted by Paul this week and so happy with the standard and quality of the windows/ door, looks amazing!
Really good price and no issues, turned up when he was meant to and cleared any mess left.
Considering he done them basically by himself so impressed!
From the start with the initial appointment & surveying, everyone was very friendly and no gimmicks with inflated prices etc everything was fair and reasonable.
Really would recommend and will definitely look to use again for the remaining windows!

Callum and Barry did an outstanding job at my parents house today ( 14th August 2023 ) Mike and Margaret were very pleased from start to finish, would recommend

I ordered 2 rock doors from.AllertonGlass or AGG I was told the date they would be getting fitted and true to there word 3 men came in the morning to fit them Josh James and Lee they worked very hard all day they fitted the Back door first I could not belive how clean they kept our house and how friendly they were .the time was getting on and the Lads did not even stop for any breaks they then fitted the Front door .because the door Lock was not working to there satisfaction Josh never stopped fixing it till it was just right I myself thought it was OK to me but there motto is the customer comes first so it has to be spot on. What more can I say myself And my wife are so made up with there work I
Have now asked for a quote for some windows. I could not recommend this company enough. Andi for got to say J.P
