No responsibility for damaged goods
After significant sales calls I purchased a Rockdoor and two frames for my porch. The first frame was damaged causing delay and issues for the building of the porch. The second frame was the wrong size and I was unable to delay the build further due to the various trades involved. The only advice from AGG was to use the damaged frame which I had to do in the end. My builders had to try and render around the damaged frame to hide the flaw. AGG took no responsibility, they refused to compensate and refund the frame that I still have which was too big. They informed that I had to speak to Rockdoor myself even though my contract is with them. I am still waiting for them to supply the appropriate contact details, they are now ignoring my messages.
