It went ferry fast to get on the ferry
It went ferry fast to get on the ferry, I was way too early, traveled with my 4 young kids alone and they let me join a ferry earlier, it was my first time travelling by ferry and I need to admit, it went very smooth!
One small thing what was not very nice, my 4 year old ren inside for 2 seconds to come to me, a employee went mad towards me, I understand kids can’t run outside, this was in inside, but he is 4, went on a 10 hours drive, he was behaving very well… maybe a little more calmer instead of yelling at me, it even scared the kids…
But I just assume he didn’t meant to. Rest of the employees were super nice and smiling and they all seemed to have a great time working!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company. We bought ferry tickets, but our car broke down en route, and we were literally five minutes late. During this time, we tried to contact the staff multiple times - we, the hotel owner, and my boyfriend all called. We begged to wait just a few minutes and informed them we were right at the port.
Despite this, the ferry departed right before our eyes. I understand that schedules apply, but in an emergency, a little understanding and respect for the customer would have been priceless. Those five minutes wouldn't have saved anyone, and we lost about 700 PLN.
The customer service was very disappointing. There was a lack of empathy and any willingness to help. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this company.

It took me couple of years of ferry experience to figure out that prices at the port are way different than buying the tickets here in advance. The only hard thing is to adjust my free camper travel style to the presheduled ferry terms. Especially if there are more ferry rides are involved. Anyway Aferry is a great site to organize my trip around for the most economical sailings. Thanx a lot Aferry!
