No fuss, great price, informative call-back to ensure my insurance needs are covered

Everything was going well until you requested Proof of No Claims. I uploaded the document to your portal on 12th August and had a response to say that the document had been received.
On 14th August I signed into my account and could not see the document so I phoned you and was told that you didn't have it, and that I should email a copy, which I did straight away. (to email(at)adrianflux.co.uk)
Having received this email from you asking for my experience I signed into my account today. There is still nothing to show that you have the Proof of No Claims, so I don't know if you have it, haven't accepted it, or are still processing it.
Clearly 7 years No Claims is worth quite a lot of money on an annual basis so I am anxious to get the matter clarified.

Your staff are very knowldgeable about all your products. They are polite and friendly.

Had 2 policies almost identical policies and price about £290 each, had to cancel them both after about a month, one gave me a refund of £240 and the other £50 refund, when queried I got a spool of so called late fees and charges even though I paid for the policies outright.

I dont mind fees for canceling but when they are so far apart it makes you wonder why they charge so much for one and not the other.

Started getting hounded after not even 24hrs to log onto a portal that wouldn't allow me to log on and accept some T&C's... after 48hrs started getting phone calls and messages saying my policy was going to be cancelled if I didn't log in.

I travel alot for work so don't get heaps of time so them only being open during short business hours definitely doesn't help any situation as struggled to get hold of them.

When I finally did the very helpful guy told me this is something I would have had to call for them to fix due to my email being set up with thier own bike insurance company so it had a melt down trying to set me up on the car side.... but I'm the one being hounded and threatened to have my policy cancelled??

Sorted now and sad when I've had alot of vehicles over the years insurance with these guys and this is just cover that cost £100 and for one of my cars to sit and do nothing in a locked garage.... mental.

Safe to say I won't be using them again.

Phoned up and almost instantly a real person picked up.
