At an affordable Price

Been with AF for a good few years. Changed vehicles. Last year FC £285 this new quote for a newer vehicle £675. Value is £10000 difference. Yet I’m getting g an insurance with European breakdown( which isn’t offered on AF) for £375. Something stinks

My reaction was in the context of scam sites. A worrying world. Later found my son very happy with you.

Setting up the insurance for 2 vehicles was relatively straight forward, although the Adrian Flux representative took down the incorrect date I acquired one of the vehicles when they set up the policy. They called a few days later and charged me £17 for their error.

I was very happy with the response I received from Adrian Flux when setting up unoccupied house insurance. It was unhurried but thorough.

First time using Adrian Flux. Had great service. The young las who felt with me was very patient when I didn't understand some points and went through them slowly with me . Was very happy I got him.

Just being able to talk to a person rather than having to update information on line and not knowing it has updated correctly. Particularly when it’s insurance.

They let you talk to humans! Who are always friendly,polite,helpful and knowledgeable and seem happy to help people.

Efficient service, straight through on the telphone to a helpful sales person. Only critisism was the extensive sales pitch for add on insurances on top of base policy cover. Other than that the online set up through MYAccount was flawless, easy to use and upload CDD and support papers.

I wanted to cancel my policy as they couldn't match a new quote. They were very professional, not at all pushy and happily accepted that they couldn't match my new deal. Very good service and I still have another insurance with them.

Found Adrian Flux last year in time for my car renewal. They provided a first class service I will use them again at renewal or if I change vehicles

I have motorhome insurance with this company and believe they are running a bit of a scam with a tracker company called Tracker network uk.
With this insurance it specified I had to have a nano tracker fitted supplied by Tracker network uk.

On fitting the tracker and activating it, it worked and everything was good but after say 3 months the tracker stopped working and I get a letter telling me to try and re activate the tracker and get it working again.
I did exactly what the person on the phone was telling me to do and still not working we agreed for them to send another tracker out but it has never turned up🤷‍♂️

My renewal came through and I renewed my insurance, a month later I get a letter saying the tracker is not working. On ringing Tracker network they say they have had no communication with Adrian Flux and I need to send the old unit back so they can check it over for any faults.
A charge of £79.20 was due from me for them to do this.I have had to pay this and would get a refund if the unit was found to be faulty.I do not expect to get a refund as I’m sure they will say I have damaged the old unit somehow.
I feel totally scammed on this as Adrian Flux have not mentioned these added fees in the insurance policy.
Why should I have to pay for faulty equipment.
It’s scamming people out of money 💴
