WEBSITE SAID IN STOCK BUT WAS NOT.
APPARENTLY IF THEIR WEBSITE SAYS AVAILABLE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, ITS IN STOCK. IF IT DOES NOT SAY THAT ITS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN PART OF MY ORDER DID NOT TURN UP I ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ONE. THEY SAID IT WAS "OUT FOR DELIVERY". I REPLIED TO ASK IF THEY MEANT AS IN TODAY ?. THEY IGNORED THAT EMAIL LOL. SEVERAL DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE THEN AND STILL NO SIGN OF THE ITEMS I NEEDED AGES AGO. I WOULD GIVE THEM 1 STAR BUT THEIR PRICES ARE VERY GOOD.

Tools and trousers
Been using Aceworkgear for a while now and love the place. Staff are so friendly and helpful,and have what I need. I recently purchased a pair of Snickers work trousers and ordered another pair. They were in virtually next day! Quality tools and work wear at great prices with superb staff, what`s not to like?

great service and quality workwear products
Used this company to source Carhartt workwear a number of times. Carhartt workwear range such as T-shirts, Shirts, Coats are often the same as the fashion range but a lot cheaper. I've found you need to size down 1 size so for XL you could go L. This is just how Carhartt size their workwear range.
Very good communication from these guys and excellent service.

No acknowledgement of order or communication that item was out of stock and that would have to wait longer before delivery.

Many thanks for writing a review of your experience with us at Aceworkgear.
First and foremost, I must apologise for a technical failure at our websites data center which we were only made aware of after several days through March 20th-22rd. As a result, e-mails being sent by our systems, including order confirmations, updates regarding your order, dispatch emails, etc, were not sent for several days and ultimately resulted in the sent emails being cancelled.
It is unfortunate and sometimes technical problems outwith our control do happen - unfortunately in this instance, it took several days of investigation to discover and rectify the issues resulting in the non-delivery of emails.
We appreciate your review and can happily inform you these issues have been resolved and are also now backed by a fallback method should any issues arise again in future in regards to emails not being delivered to our customers.

Delivery in less than 24 hours!!
Ordered on Monday after lunch and received courier tracking code within 10 minutes. I then received my order on Tuesday at breakfast time, less than 24 hours later. Can't fault or beat a service like that. Thanks - see you again soon!
