I bought that latest Clinic Glampalm hair straightener from S+S and it was definitely the cheapest price online and an amazing straightener. I would rate it far better than my GHD. The customer service team are great too. Big thanks to Kristen 😊

Great hair salon and product range professional salon staff

Would give 0 starts if it was possible.
Ordered a nail colour - got the complete wrong colour.. asked politely through email to return the item. I was told they don't do returns. I asked understand this but when the item you ordered and received are different, you should be able to return an item.
Rang the store and spoke with an extremely rude and ignorant manager/owner who ended up hanging up the phone on me like a child. Clearly has something to hide if he is unwilling to speak and just hang up the phone.
Got onto 'gelish' themselves and they told me the images this company is using on their site is over 8 years old and that's why it is different to the website (Because the colour has now changed within the 8 years). The lady at gelish was apologetic for this retailed behaviour and sorted the issue very quickly.
Save yourself the hassle and order through the gelish website as their colours and images align and are up to date so you know what you are ordering.
Saves you dealing with an ignorant man also.

My experience was a great one!!! It had been 10+ years since I’ve been inside a salon to receive the care that my hair has desperately needed. Mimi and staff were wonderful from start to finish.

I had sister locks for approx 7 years but unfortunately due to stress etc my locks became dry and thin. Was told to leave it with no products and to ‘trust the process’ that process did not work for me. I found SS whilst browsing IG. I read all the reviews and watch all the videos and got excited! I made my appointment ……. Cut off my locks, had some intense treatment and now have a very, very cute Pixie cut. Mimi is amazing her consultation and professionalism was above and beyond my expectation! Thank you Mimi ❤️
