Yes, the website can be a little slow. But the selection is good and the prices are very competitive. I got an item packed, shipped, and arriving within 2 business days from Valencia, Spain to Lisbon, Portugal.

Order return via account on website not possible. Because of that the order was shipped although I send an email within 12 hrs. of ordering. Respons after 4 working days...
Now confronted with high return costs.

I ordered a product nearly one year ago for around €300 which has still not been delivered. They do not get back to emails and have no number to call. Please be very careful with this company as I now need to take them to court. Jim

In April 2022, I placed an order (ref.: Nº 229838179) on the ACCESORIO NAUTICO website for a total amount of 661.17 euros. The price included costs for transport insurance in the amount of 15.51 euros.

I never received my order.

It is impossible to contact them by phone and they almost never respond to e-mails at this unique address to reach them info@ (followed by) accesorionautico.com

The tracking of the package on their site mentions that it is returned to the supplier, therefore to them because the carrier allegedly claimed an error in the wording of my postal address in France (for information by clicking on the address that I communicated have arrives at my place via Google Maps!)

To resolve this dispute, I accepted in June 2022 their proposal to refund my article less the shipping costs they would have had, i.e. €543.56.

To date in December 2022, despite multiple personal reminders or by the intervention of French then Spanish mediators who manage this type of dispute on online purchases at European level, ACCESORIO NAUTICO does not respond and still has not reimbursed me ???-(((

Conclusion: I should have read the many negative opinions on this ACCESORIO NAUTICO site before placing my order.

I ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING ON THE ACCESORIO NAUTICO WEBSITE

The next step is legal action.

En daarbij wordt gemeld dat ze er niets kunnen aan doen : 't is de schuld van de transporteur ! NEEN De verkoper is verantwoordelijk voor alles en ook voor de transporteur die hij kiest. Moest men nu nog de coronacrisis ingeroepen hebben dan had ik daar geen probleem over gemaakt. Wèg is de levering. Ergens gestolen in mijn ogen !
To all boat owners in Spain who want to buy online at this company (part of Ocean bay europa sl) DO NOT DO IT ! The package does not arrive. Upon requiry it is reported that the road has been interrupted. There is none of this. And it is reported that it is not their fault. It is the fault of the carrier ! NO ! The seller is responsable for everything and also for his choice of the carrier.If the corona crisis had yet to be invoked as the cause, I would have no problem with that. My package is now gone. It's just been stolen I guess !

Very bad, I bought one item, that item was broken down and they dont refund me.
The bad of all they accepted the problem but don't send me the item back.
