They won't stop calling me

I called to see what they offered, I didn't like what I heard and said no thanks, Sounded like a high pressure sale, The lady wouldn't take no for an answer, She finally got the hint, I said I wasn't interested, now my phone is ringing off the hook, seems like they spammed my number out to everyone. These call start out by saying Hi we are recording this and I said that's fine I let them Know I was recording also. Thank goodness.

Dont provide your contact information to this website

You have to provide contact information in order to get care facility options. The second you do, you immediately have 6 different companies calling you, texting you and emailing you at the same time, before you get to do any of your own research. I feel like i've been put on a spam list that I cant get out of now.

Extremely Disappointed and Dissatisfied

We have been partnered with AgingCare for a few years. Yes, their rates are high, and customer service is subpar, as it is all outsourced. However, I did depend on paying for their services for my company's growth. I have not received any leads this month due to an issue on their end. I have called and sent several emails, and I have received the same response without any indication of a solution or a fix to the problem. I am extremely unhappy with this company, and I echo much of what the other reviewers have to say.

From the startBait and switch don’t trust

From the start. I am looking for rates as I compare multiple companies. It says. “Click here for rates, I did. They it had me fill out my information. I did. Then I says someone will be calling you shortly. I don’t want a phone call. It says to see rates click here and I got this message instead. Bait and switch

I have a home care agency

I have a home care agency. They reel you in with lies and misguided information. The leads they send aren't actual leads, and it makes you feel more like a telemarketer than a genuine service provider. The leads don't want help, or if they do, they have received a thousand calls and don't want to be bothered, so again, it makes you feel like you're harassing people. They tell you that to be billed, you have to accept the lead, but that's a scam because whether or not you accept the lead, they still charge you. And they send random leads, some of which they claim they don't even want help with; they were only asking questions.

DO NOT USE AGINCARE

I have had AGINCARE all year. I
They have stolen so much from me from bin bags tea bag food, Xbox 1 games cleaning products and more the list goes on. Im younger client, I gir advise that I need to be professional and nkt ask carers how there weekend has been by the care supervisor who came to house and struged her shoulders at the stuff being stolen while smiling at the same time like it's funny and she doesn't care at all. She was meant fo be coming about stolen stuff as well as the broken stuff. She said and I quote when you have an episode about my stuff being stolen. Yeah I call them and complain who wouldn't. I dread to think what happens to elderly clients who wouldn't notice. I have jad mu hoover broken as well as my steamer cables amazon fire stick and again the list goes on. DO NOT USE AGIN CARE for anyone who you know so they dont have to go through what I have had to endure all year. I had a indian carer who scrapped all my scabs off my leg with dirty water and she is meant to be a qualified doctor. I had major surgery on my leg and onkt had jsut had the stitches taken out. This put my leg at sever risk of infection. Which could have cause amputation. There is no care in that at all. They dont clean the sides they were black when my mum cleaned the kitchen sides. They have ruined my
Oven honest which are not mine and I will have to pay for. It has been so hard after been discriminated by the care supervisor I have been struggling alone as I have been treated so badly. My leg will never heal, I have to use a machine that moves my bone this is meant to be done 8 hours apart and they put my calls 2 hours apart which causes extreme pain amd discomfort. Then they stole my pain relief too. It should be shut down. I have had to teach some of them how to Polish and make a sandwich. I wouldn't mind but I am meant to be having care not teaching basics.

iT IS A SCAM

iT IS A SCAM. Don't waste your time. Their website is deceiving. They are not there for low income seniors or help anyone.
They are doing what everybody else is doing, telling you one thing and at the end, is the pricing goes up.
Very deceiving.

Spammy Site

I used the site to find a nurse who can visit my elderly dad. Specifically, a nurse who can change his catheter and/or clean his foley bag. Instead, Aging Care re-directed me to several pages of spam and never sent me a list of nurses in my local area. They also kept calling me incessantly to upsell me on caregivers who aren't registered nurses.
