Quick delivery. Good tracking. Great product.
Delivery could improve if you use a standard half pallet i.e. 900 wide which is the size most side gates. They could the deliver to the back garden.

Broilkingspit badkete well but the…
The spit box was made well but the catch was very loose. When first put it on everything was OK. When I stopped the spit so I could check without opening the spit basket all was OK but when the spit started up. Broil king bbqs spits reverse when re started the catch being so loose tipped everything over ghe grill. For the price very poor. Definitely would not recomend

Great service apart from courier!
The item was great, the packaging was excellent but it was a pity about the courier EVRI who was unable to find my house which has been in the same place for well over 100 years! The packaging slip stated that it was posted Royal Mail first class which would have been preferable.

Ordered Weber grill
Ordered Weber grill, great experience from start to finish. Ensured quick delivery ahead of bank holiday weekend. When I had an issue with one of the grill plates the team acted quickly sending a replacement even though Weber didn’t have one going out of their well. I would definitely recommend Bell.

Having just purchased a new Weber genesis gas BBQ, I wanted a couple of extra accessories to swop out for the standard griddle plate and A.Bel had both bits I wanted, in stock at competitive pricing with free delivery .

Damaged delivery
Ordered a bbq from this site. It arrived promptly but damaged. It was an expensive purchase so I was surprised at it arriving like it has. From photos Gemini says the damage means it’s not usable and will lead to very fast rust. I’ve emailed customer services and will update here how that goes.
