ABC Travel Service Reviews 

So I booked flights to Germany (a single ticket was priced 70 euros less and it said per person) then I went and booked for 6 passengers not realizing that it was 70 euros more expensive per person.I contacted customer service several times to ask about the price discrepancy and to see if I could get the extra 70 euros x 6 refunded. But they were of no help. Instead of answering my question they simply said I stumbled upon a special that won't give you flight details until you pay. That was not my Question. Obviously I got mislead I guess no more booking with ABC Travel

I book all my flights from Texas to Germany with them ,have only good experience always the best price and very helpful over email.
Will also book in the future my flights with them .

I have used ABC Travel for several years and booked over a dozen flights for myself and my family. We have always gotten our tickets on time and never had an issue that wasn't dealt with promptly and efficiently. I don't really understand the negative comments. You get what you pay for. I am willing to deal with an internet only booking, no live chat, etc. and get a much cheaper fare. You want full service? Book directly with the airline and pay the full price. Tip: If you think there is any reason that you may need to change dates or cancel a trip- pay the little bit extra for the insurance they offer.

Absolutely worst booking experience ever! Tickets had to be rebooked due to COVID. Several attempts with very unprofessional replies. Each and every time another agent replies, no coordination between them, very high fluctuation. I even got their GM involved. I don't expect to get my flight rebooked correctly, nor to see my money returned. Never ever again!!!

The worst experience ever. I booked a flight had to suspend my flight due to covid. I called to rebook because I had till July 2022 to use my flights. I was told they could not book my flights because they lost control off my tickets to American aiirlines.was told by ABC travel to contact American airlines to book my flights. American airlines said they could not use my suspended tickets from abc travel. I had to book new flights through American airlines for $1900 . I had paid ABC travel $ 15071 for my flights and when ABC travel finally got access to my tickets they would not give me a refund because of their error. I lost over $1000 because they said all they could do for me is cancel my flights. I don't think it was fair or professional from this company due their unavaibilty to complete my contract with them.

Do NOT use these people! They are terrible and will rip you off. Bought three one way tickets for $1200 and the very next day the airline canceled the flight due to Covid. ABC Travel only returned $800 (three months later). The $400 they kept was for “cancellation fees” even though we didn’t cancel. They said it was their policy so pound sand. Never use a travel agency when booking airline tickets. Travel agencies buy the tickets from the airlines and then sell to you. So ABC got reimbursed but made sure they still made money by charging you ridiculous fees.

This company is a bunch of crooks. Booked tickets well over a year ago and still can’t fly into Germany because of COVID travel restrictions. Finally, decided to cancel my tickets and they only refunded only 35%of the purchase price. I wouldn’t deal with these folks under any circumstance.

BEWARE!! If you are military DO NOT USE! I will be reaching out to everyone on the military bases, online, FB everywhere! They will NOT refund your money even if you buy the insurance. So if you are PC'd out they will not honor your tickets!!!

Very bad service!! I had to cancel a flight due to the corona-virus and I was charged around 130 euros in cancellation and booking fees. I was not warned of these fees beforehand and they told me that they cannot refund me any of the fees that they charged me. In fact they told me that my fees would be around 65 euros. Not an honest company. Stay away!
