I purchased a chainsaw bar dresser judging by the image no, line expecting a spare file to come with it, alas it arrived promtley without the spare file After complaining I was assured a spare file would be sent to me. On the strength of that I ordered another dresser only to find the second one had no spare file.
After complaining yet again I received a part refund because the information I was given the previous call was wrong. All ended amicably. The moral of the story is don't believe the pictures.

Nothing to report other than, we browsed, we ordered, they delivered, product was perfect. Will happily use them again. One nice touch was the fact that we could order ex-VAT due to the order being for relevant professional use, nice touch.

Rang Abby pro Monday lunchtime to enquire after some safety shoes as on their web site they were not able to add to basket, within two minites i clicked on buy , that arrived the next day when I arrived home from work. Great service.

I Got sent the wrong item. Not the end of the world i thought until i was then ignored in any contact. Fobbed off by staff and left having paid for an item i did not order. How difficult is it to arrange the item i ordered to be sent out and an sae to return the item i did not order. In Abbey's case it seems impossible!

problem with shortage on delivery maybe not their fault but they should have ensured the shortage should have been delivered quicker

Having ordered small feĺling bar rope grab cut away strip and silky saw , all in stock according to web site spent well over £100 2 weeks after phone calls been told lies that parts where in stock and been dispatched next day not to turn up not impressed with this service at all if you don't haVe products on your self then don't advertise it on your website I should not have to wait 2 weeks for equipment I have ordered you where quick enough to take the money out of the bank account. Oh and no appolagy or some kind of good will juesture for the delay won't be useing again not impressed
