After buying online i had to call them to find out that the item was out of stock. They were profusely apologetic and called me several times to ensure i got what i wanted, including absorbing the price difference, as quickly as possible. Very good customer care. All organisations make mistakes and have problems. Their response was impeccable

I’ve purchased from AbbeyPro before
I’ve purchased from AbbeyPro before many years ago. The service was good then and it’s good now. I only purchased from them on an impulse buy and they had what I wanted at a reasonable price compared to others. Postage was good, I ordered Wednesday morning and my parcel was dispatched the same day, arriving Saturday. Can definitely recommend.

The place to order protective equipment for arborists and forestry students and professionals
I needed tools and equipment in order to enter a short course on chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting. AbbeyPro.co.uk have provided a majority of what was required by the college. Their customer service always replied promptly to my queries and the speed of dispatch and delivery was impressive. What impressed me most was the range of Personal Protective Equipment on offer for chainsaw and forestry work; I cannot think of anyone who has the same offer in one place.
