The product was exactly as described and the forged style purchased to replace a lost similar item. The initial promise was next day delivery if I ordered before 1500hrs, this would have been ideal as I wanted it for a course. Order placed at 1300. The following afternoon after the course had finished for the day, no delivery. contacted AbbeyPro and was told it hadn't left, but told it would arrive next day (Wednesday). The product was sent by parcelforce and on Wednesday showed being at the distribution centre. On Thursday parcelforce attempted delivery but despite my instructions to leave without signature took it to the local post office which incurred a 20 mile journey. I eventually got the tool for the last day when I didn't need it.

Fantastic service. Delivery far quicker than expected and all packaged well. Chainsaw boots and Husqvarna helmet. Will deffinatelybuy from them again when I require anything else. Thanks to you all.

First class service. Really prompt delivery.

Ordered 5 Silky 21 folding saws. I was called within 30 minutes and told they only had 2 in stock but had another saw with a different blade for the same price. The person on the phone explained the product and said the saw would be better for the use I needed it for.
