Fees without Service

The company is not very honest with their service club. I was charged for several years without getting the benefit of the membership. Once I brought this up and I asked for a refund, I was refused a refund. Since I paid for the services that were included in the membership plan, the rep mentioned that I might be able to get annual service refunded but they would have to check. It has been weeks and I haven’t heard anything new about either refunds so be scareful.
