Found Freeze Pro Shop and they had free international shipping at the time and coupon codes, plus their products were already cheaper than any store I could find.

I feel cheated

My order of an azzpad didnt arrived within 3-7 working days but after 11 working days, 17 natural days. It didnt make it on time to my trip to snowboard so I had to buy some crash pants in the ski resort! And plus, what you've sent me is not an authentic D3O, it is an imitation.
Nobody reply my emails or return my calls.
I feel cheated!!

Looks like they are permanently closed, yet though you can still purchase stuff from their website. As you can imagine, I paid for my order and never received it. I have tried calling and emailing them several times and I am not getting a response. Very disappointed...

According to companies house

According to companies house, this company has been dissolved as of the 20th September 2021.
Frustrating as I have just purchased some items and can not return them despite contacting them via email and phone. The web site should have said.
Very dishonourable! as it was a great company once upon a time.

I have not received my shoes yet

I have not received my shoes yet. I am optimistic it will be seen in the next week or so. In the world of Amazon prime, it is difficult for the consumer to be patient for something where there is a expectation of instant gratification. I am looking forward to seeing my product arrive, I really hope the quality of the product supersedes the tardiness. It will be the redeeming factor for looking into and trusting a smaller, lesser known company

Almost as fast as Amazon!

I was looking to buy two snowboards for me and my wife. I stumbled across Freeze Pro Shop because they had the boards and the sizes that I needed. The shipping speed was a huge factor because my snowboard trip was coming up in 7 days. I ordered two snowboards on Sat 2/1 and received one on Tues 2/4 and the other one on Wed 2/5. I live in the Los Angeles area and that is amazing wicked speed! These guys are legit and they ship out fast! I highly recommend these guys. I will purchase from them again without hesitation.

My order has now passed the expected delivery date without a tracking # as promised. My trip is next week and I'll be without a bag. It's more of an inconvenience to pack last minute. This situation is very frustrating considering I ordered with ample time to receive an order (11 business days). I had a great experience purchasing a snowboard just a month ago from you guys.

Your customer service team has been transparent and pleasant to deal with regarding the situation but this doesn't solve things.

I'm located in the United States and was unsure how ordering would go and can now say I never had something arrive to me so fast over the holidays. I ordered a backpack on Boxing Day and it arrived at my front door in California on Monday the 30th!
There shipping system with DHL is excellent and was easy to see where my package was. My order delivered was exactly what I purchased online and I would never hesitate ordering from Freeze again and look forward to doing again. I highly recommend.

Excellent after sales service

I had a faulty air mat which leaked air very slowly. Freeze pro shop after sale customer service was excellent offering to replace or refund the mat. The customer service was courteous, efficient and friendly.

I will buy more products from them.

Unbeatable customer service

Unbeatable price, Unbelievable delivery. Ordered from Australia and was initially sceptical that the quality of the product and delivery time frame given were going to be legitimate when I first ordered online. Was amazed at the amount of care taken to protect my sons wakeboard during shipping. Was even more surprised that the order took less than 2 weeks to arrive. Would definitely recommend Freezeshop and will absolutely purchase more products through them again.

first time using freeze got a pair of…

first time using freeze got a pair of adidas city cups in white great price and great shoe went for the free delivery and was 5 days but the site does say that and if i needed quicker i could of paided for 48 delivery will be keeping a eye on this site
