Didn't receive what I ordered!!

The dress I ordered took a long time to arrive, then when it did the whole cut of the front of the dress was different to the picture on the website ! Therefore it didn't fit correctly. I contacted them and ,I must admit they initially got back to me quickly, however I had to follow up. They then offered me to return, at my own cost to the Asian warehouse, for a full refund, a 30% refund, or exchange and pay more freight. I took the 30 % refund to at least get something. That said, I will never order
from here again.
