Unfortunately the parcel had been opened and so had garment leaving it creased. I have never had problems with this site before. Garment returned, but unfortunately will not order from Canada again due to high postage costs.

We understand your frustration regarding the creased garment, and want to assure you that we take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. However, customs procedures can sometimes necessitate the opening of packages for inspection, which unfortunately is beyond our control.
We offer free shipping worldwide and free returns in Canada and the U.S. Due to elevated shipping costs, we do not currently offer free returns in Europe however your comments have been well received and we'll make sure to constantly improve our policies to cater to our customers needs.

I really like the quality of my new pink jacket. I usually purchase boxy jackets because I am short and chubby This jacket is fitted which required some easing of the seams Since the item was on sale and an additional 10 percent reduction was made at time of purchase I can afford to have a tailor ease the seams and shorten the sleeves in future I will confine my online shopping to loosely fitted items to avoid the tailors

I also had to pay £16 to return item from UK back to Canada. The site advertises free delivery and returns worldwide. Very disappointed

i ordered clothes with value of 2000$CAD and they shipped it with canada post, and as they did not asked for signature(probably ,to save few dollors),postman left it in front door and we never received it.
i asked them to open a dispute with canada post but they did not and they told me lie that they opened the dispute.
never trust them.

1ere Avenue for Joseph Ribkoff collection
Company based in Canada sells Joseph Ribkoff clothing. Have ordered from this company for many years. Sizing true to size but are US sizes so need to order one size smaller for U.K. Quality excellent, after washing, no ironing required. Great for taking on holiday, design and colour true to photo. Free Delivery by FedEx, usually within 2-3 days of order. No customs fee. FedEx only presented invoice once and Iere Avenue refunded fee. Never had to return any item. Excellent value. Sales generate loyalty points which can be exchanged for items. Also on larger purchases receive vouchers against future purchases. Excellent customer service.
