Frank Lyman floral, flowing dress

I love the Frank Lyman dress that I chose, I checked my measurements on your chart and the size fits very well. I was very surprised to receive my delivery in Australia within 5 day's from ordering.

High shipment costs for returning

I did not like the fabric so I had to return the product. And then I found out I had to pay 17 euros for shipment costs. That was a nasty surprise and will prevent me from ordering again

Exzczllznt quality goods, returns hoever problemaric

The latest orders I’ve placed , have had a serious delay in reception package at home .

Also, when an item is not ok and you want to send back or request other size, it takes weeks or sometimes even I get the return pack back at home as 1ere avenue dioesn’t bother ro accept the returns… and there you are in europe, paying taxes, paying return that isnt accepted , Though I always immidiarely forward every status of return package, Wieringa mails to custolzr sevice who ensue me to follow up.. but they dont’t

Otherwise, when your order is perfect fit… 1ere avance is offers the best brandstof, especcialy JR !!! The quality is amazing.. my wardeobe is 3/4 from 1ere avenue

Received my order quicker than orders…

Received my order quicker than orders placed in the USA. Products are always well crafted, hand washable, great value for the price. sometimes sizing can be tricky, but this is the case in all online orders. Orders are nicely packed, arrive mostly wrinkle free.

Beautiful dress

The dress is absolutely beautiful however it is much longer than shown in the pictures and although I’m tall at 5’9 1/2” I will have to have it shortened.
