Changing my car insurance to another car
It took long for my car to be detected and registered.
Details of the car like name and model we're not correctly documented. This was repeated at 2 stages. Even when the provisional insurance had to be extended, despite my phone call, and that it was previously corrected.
Few hours before the provisional insurance expired, no one called me, I had to remind the company.

I have always found the staff both helpful and efficient.
I have been with 123.ie for a number of years now with policies for Home Insurance and Car Insurance and I have enjoyed value for money on each product.
I am impressed with the duty of service with advance notice of policy renewals and the ease of navigating the website.
