Really great experience with Wunda so far! Emma was excellent, very friendly and always on hand to answer our questions. We're doing the installation ourselves and Emma was very patient and helpful... See more

I read good things about the product
I read good things about the product, so was keen to reach out to Wunda. I dealt with Luke who was a fantastic communicator. The whole process was completely painless, not to mention super-speedy. This is a great company to work with.
I was in DIY hell with the Wunda system
Despite all my issues with the Wunda system, LVT and the Mobile App I cannot fault the customer support that is just brilliant and moves them from a one star to a three star.
I am currently in DIY hell with the Wunda system. It might work for small areas but I cannot recommend it for large floors, particularly if you are planning to use LVT.
I have spent 14 full days on this, and still do not have all the panels down. I have used 26 cans of adhesive. I described it to someone as doing a massive build your own jigsaw. I still have three of four panels that have some movement so need to pry them up, almost impossible without breaking and glue down again. I got three different types of adhesive from Wunda and the issue is with those that had the clear adhesive (others are green and blue).
It turns out that for LVT you have to fill up all the channels not used by the pipe with self levelling (and not the cheap stuff because it is going onto the insulation boards). There are a lot of channels, you will notice there are no videos covering this and no way to calculate how much additional self levelling you need.
Other issues:
1) No videos show what to do around door ways
2) No sizes given for panel cuts but you are expected to use parts of panels in other places, no clue to what and where
3) Static will keep shocking you as you handle them
4) I have really struggled with the clear glue and green Wunda branded glue. The blue one seems a lot better

From the point in interest to the…
From the point in interest to the confirmation of purchase Wunda had been amazing. Lots of information and support prior to accepting the quote. From accepting the quote it totally changed. Awful service, awful lack of help, support or interest in fixing the problems caused by Wunda. Stay away, don’t waste your time, or effort because they won’t help you. Missing product, designs, instructions, measurements, call the technical team and they tell you, you don’t have this product when there is a box of it sat in your kitchen, the same team telling me I’m wrong when he’s wrong and not looking at the right information, technical team giving wrong technical information. Really wish I’d followed my gut and gone with a different company now instead of just following the reviews online.

What a genuinely great company
What a genuinely great company. Each interaction with them is positive and value-adding and every member of staff I’ve spoken with either face to face, by telephone or via email has been courteous, understanding, motivated and competent. It’s nice to know that such companies do exist.

Helpful support from from Luke…
I’ve had a few emails to & from Luke regarding a few problems with my E91 heating thermostat installation. Luke has been so responsive and helpful. He replies very quickly and his responses are always comprehensive and very helpful. He has sorted out my problems on 2-3 occasions. Couldn’t recomnend him and his company more. Pat Phelan.

What a great company, I ordered some underfloor products from Andrew at Wunda on Wednesday morning, He told me he could deliver next day and thats exactly what they did in less than 24 hours from purchase, Also what a great service from the delivery guys too.

Joe @ wunda was very helpful in…
Joe @ wunda was very helpful in assisting me with a replacement part needed. Very professional. Top service as always from wunda.
Would highly recommend.
Really great customer experience
Often dubious of an Instagram advert, which is how we found Wunda, but we cannot recommend them highly enough.
Mostly for the customer service.
We haven’t even installed our underfloor heating yet as we are renovating the house and put the radiators on WundaSmart Radiator Heads upstairs where there won’t be underfloor heating. They work well, although we have to set the temperature in the room slightly higher as the thermostat in them registers the heat from the radiator rather than the room- but that’s not a problem. Would recommend them.
From Sam W getting our quote sorted to the exceptional patience, politeness and support of the technical team with our endless questions. If you can’t get through straight away they always call back promptly, and David and Shareen especially really have provided outstanding service - we are really grateful. I hope are given the recognition they have earned.
Great technical support
Great technical support - had an old underfloor system and was struggling to find parts. Zach knew exactly which parts were required, and sorted the orders extremely quickly.
Lazy, can't be bothered, poor tech support
Paid my deposit, had the first layout quoted wrongly. Had a new layout re-done then confirmed the order. Gave a weeks notice, as the plumber was booked to fit the manifold etc. Expected, an email or phone call to take my money, but nope - their sales person never responded. 2nd or 3rd time he ignored my emails.
As for tech support, ask a question and you get a PDF document with misleading or out of date information and a cant be bothered attitude. They assume you know everything. For example, they told me, "the manifold ideally needs to be installed 600mm from the floor". but they didn't say from the bottom of the manifold, the centre or the top - you're supposed to read their mind. For any tech questions, you have to go through a process of sending 10 emails to get an answer that could be sent in one email. As for the tch documents, installation manuals, its guesswork if the information is accurate - for example, they say you need to fit a 3amp MCB for the wiring centre, when what it should mean is a 3 amp fused spur. (BIG difference)
In the end, I spoke to some of their competitiors and after 10 minutes on the phone, I had all the tech answers I needed. Gave me confidence speaking with them.
Wunda still never took my order so I placed the order with their competitor.

Great product and amazing support
Great product and amazing support.
Woke up to no downstairs heating on Boxing Day due to hardware and software problems having changed our internet and had a two year old drop one of the thermostats. Both issues fully and instantaneously resolved *over the phone* with the support team the following morning.
Old House renovation UFH installll
From the very start, the team at Wundagroup made planning of the underfloor heating for our old home UFH renovation really simple. They asked good questions and provided recommendations that I hadn't even considered.
A full layout plan detailing every item required, and it's location in the home for the install, was provided, along with suggested upgrades which I accepted.
The knowledge and helpfulness of the staff at Wundagroup is superb. The Technical support has been a godsend for when my Plumber made some poor judgements and went "freestyle" with the manifold installation. A photograph was sent to Technical Support asking their opinion, and a reply back was sent within a couple of hours advising where the Plumber had gone wrong. Correct setup details were sent, corrective actions taken, and offers of additional continued support were made.
I'm mightily impressed and very grateful with Wundagroup, and their Staff, for all the support provided.
Amazing service
I needed a new thermostat assembly for the manifold. I emailed Luke at Technical Support in the afternoon and he quickly identified the part I needed and it was with me the following day. Amazing service....thank you.

Wireless UFH setup……

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY
I’d like to share my experience with Wunda’s product and customer service as a warning to others.
When the product was delivered, I discovered that the boards were warped, meaning they would never lay flat as intended. This was a major issue from the outset. Additionally, the perimeter strip was overestimated, leaving me with a completely unused roll. I also ended up with two 25-metre rolls of pipe left over, when they should have supplied 80-metre rolls. This mismatch resulted in unnecessary waste.
The manifold system was another disappointment—they supplied a 1” valve, which seems impractical for a typical domestic system. These errors not only increased my costs for additional materials, such as adhesive and grab solutions, but also significantly extended the labour time.
I sent a detailed email to their customer service team outlining all these issues. However, their response was deeply unsatisfactory. The manager merely thanked me for pointing out the problems and, shockingly, admitted that they were already aware of the issue with the warped boards. Despite this, they continue to sell these faulty boards without informing customers.
What should have been a straightforward job, taking just a few hours, ended up taking three days due to the warped boards. The extra time and materials significantly added to my expenses. It’s clear that Wunda prioritises taking your money over ensuring customer satisfaction. Once they’ve been paid, they show little regard for your time or additional costs.
I would strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from Wunda.

Wanda Provides Help to the Aged and Unskilled!
Based in the remote north west of Ireland, having limited IT skills and being well into retirement age, I was faced with the challenge of configuring my Wunda E91 thermostat to my specific needs.
[I required a single on-off period every day of the week at "off peak" hours so as to avail of the night time cheap electrical tariff rate.]
I printed out the E91 manual and watched a variety of videos that were available on line but ....... "Alas!" ..... I failed to achieve what was required.
Composing an email to Wunda "techsupport" I was delighted to receive a reply by return from Luke Barrett.
Luke's clearly written instructions enabled me to quickly and easily configure the thermostat to the required parameters. [Printing out these instructions will enable me to reset the thermostat if required in the future.]
If I was to make a couple of suggestions to Wunda, I would recommend:
1. Preparing a simpler and more comprehensible manual - targeted at the less-technical reader.
2. Remaking some of the E91 videos to address specific, narrower issues. For example:
- turning on/off and understanding the symbols
- time and day settings
- -understanding the default settings for each day
- etc.
3. Allow the videos to run at an altogether slower pace!
