Great customer service from Emma

We actually picked Wundagroyp for our underfloor heating because of the great customer service provided by Emma whilst we were shopping around. Emma took time to answer all our questions and was always quick to respond and call back as required. Ordering was simple, it was reasonably priced and arrived on time. We did receive a damage box but again the service was good and it was immediately replaced. We have yet to have the heat pump installed so cannot comment on performance but will update then.

Wunda have been very impressive right…

Wunda have been very impressive right through this process. Emma in the Sales department has been really helpful, responsive, well-informed and pleasant to deal with and I have had really good supporting information and reassurance in answer to my questions. The tech team were similarly helpful when I spoke to them a couple of times.
I have also been impressed by the price and the speed at which they are able to provide the product, and even the delivery has been flexible and arranged to fit in with my overall project. Thank you!
I can't yet comment on the efficacy of the product because it hasn't been installed yet, but so far, so good!

Amazing Customer Service - DIY Installation Pending

Really great experience with Wunda so far! Emma was excellent, very friendly and always on hand to answer our questions. We're doing the installation ourselves and Emma was very patient and helpful while we muddled through what we needed!

We haven't installed the system as of yet (it arrived yesterday), but will try to remember to update this review once we've got it up and running...

I have had an excellent experience with Wundagroup.

I have had an excellent experience with Wundafloor, from start to finish. I had a complicated project, and I had a lot to learn as I was coordinating much of the work myself as a homeowner new to underfloor heating.

Not only was the sales associate I spoke to reliable, prompt, thorough and very friendly, she also took pains to connect me three times to the technical team, who took it upon themselves to vet my plans and give much appreciated advice.

I found that their prices compared favourably to a competitor I had priced before contacting them, even though I gathered that would have been a simple sales transaction without all the excellent customer support.

The Wundagroup team are fabulous to deal with.

We found the whole Wunda team to be friendly and effecient but special thanks must go to Andrew (Gibbs). He was patient with us and was always available when we needed advice or guidance. If you get a chance to call into their showrooms please do. It is so well laid out and informative. Andrew made it all very easy to understand.

Emma was so helpful

Emma was so helpful - we were on a very short timescale to turn this around in the final stages of renovation & she went above and beyond to get my design processed and ordered very quickly. Even when she was on holiday, her colleague Carleigh stepped in and answered all my questions and also helped get things pushed through quickly! Amazing job from both of them with brilliant customer service with regular updates & confirmation via email and phone. Both an asset to Wunda, fantastic job 👍🏻

Had a fantastic experience with Emma as…

Had a fantastic experience with Emma as my representative. She was very quick to get back to us regarding any queries and she's been so lovely and professional throughout the whole process. This made the whole process very smooth and pleasant! We can't wait to receive our underfloor heating system! We couldn't recommend Emma enough as she's been just brilliant.

Excellent customer service

Santa among others have been extremely helpful in planning and designing our wundafloor rapid response. Emails answered the same day. Haven’t installed the system yet, if it’s as good as the service from the staff, I have no doubt it will be exceptional. Thanks Ant howell

I went out for several quotes for my 3…

I went out for several quotes for my 3 zone wet underfloor heating project. All along from quotation the service and package from Wunda was so easy and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always only a short phone call away. Combined with the fact that their quote was one of the lowest from all of the responses I obtained means you get brilliant service and value. So I would definitely recommend Wunda if you have an underfloor heating project. First class!

Under Floor Heating advice from Emma and Luke: excellent customer service

Emma and Luke showed us around explaining in detail how Wunda's Rapid Response Under Floor Heating system is planned; installed; works; tested; floor finishes that can be overlaid; comfort and control; helping us to make an informed decision. Their follow up e-mail and information was rapid.

We will be purchasing from Wunda without doubt. If only all companies demonstrated this level of excellent customer service.
