Great customer service from Emma
We actually picked Wundagroyp for our underfloor heating because of the great customer service provided by Emma whilst we were shopping around. Emma took time to answer all our questions and was always quick to respond and call back as required. Ordering was simple, it was reasonably priced and arrived on time. We did receive a damage box but again the service was good and it was immediately replaced. We have yet to have the heat pump installed so cannot comment on performance but will update then.

Wunda have been very impressive right through this process. Emma in the Sales department has been really helpful, responsive, well-informed and pleasant to deal with and I have had really good supporting information and reassurance in answer to my questions. The tech team were similarly helpful when I spoke to them a couple of times.
I have also been impressed by the price and the speed at which they are able to provide the product, and even the delivery has been flexible and arranged to fit in with my overall project. Thank you!
I can't yet comment on the efficacy of the product because it hasn't been installed yet, but so far, so good!

I have had an excellent experience with Wundafloor, from start to finish. I had a complicated project, and I had a lot to learn as I was coordinating much of the work myself as a homeowner new to underfloor heating.
Not only was the sales associate I spoke to reliable, prompt, thorough and very friendly, she also took pains to connect me three times to the technical team, who took it upon themselves to vet my plans and give much appreciated advice.
I found that their prices compared favourably to a competitor I had priced before contacting them, even though I gathered that would have been a simple sales transaction without all the excellent customer support.

We found the whole Wunda team to be friendly and effecient but special thanks must go to Andrew (Gibbs). He was patient with us and was always available when we needed advice or guidance. Emma was so helpful - we were on a very short timescale to turn this around in the final stages of renovation & she went above and beyond to get my design processed and ordered very quickly. Even when she was on holiday, her colleague Carleigh stepped in and answered all my questions and also helped get things pushed through quickly! I went out for several quotes for my 3 zone wet underfloor heating project. All along from quotation the service and package from Wunda was so easy and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always only a short phone call away. Combined with the fact that their quote was one of the lowest from all of the responses I obtained means you get brilliant service and value. So I would definitely recommend Wunda if you have an underfloor heating project. First class!
