If I could give 6 stars I would!

I cannot rate the company and the system more highly. I was sceptical about having a retrofitted "overfloor" system but so far everything is working really well. We are in the process of expanding the system throughout the ground floor of the house which is usually really cold and I can't wait. Throughout the whole process the team at Wunda have been so helpful and thorough. They even give you some training if you want to fit the floor yourself.

Had a problem with my thermostat so…

Had a problem with my thermostat so gave wunda a call for some guidance. Angelo from the tech department called me straight back and had my thermostat up and running again within 3 minutes! Amazing service and support. Angelo you made our day- thank you!

I wanted reliable service...

I wanted reliable service and high quality product at an affordable price when considering under-floor heating and bedroom radiators. I was recommended Wunda. My experience after 3 years is Wunda customer service is reliable and quality unquestionably of high quality. Angelo helped me patiently and professionally to solve a technical problem that arose with the installed system.
I highly recommend Wunda to anyone considering installing Wunda, particularly if the want the best customer service experience.

A long overdue positive review of…

A long overdue positive review of Wundagroup.

From start to finish, what I was most impressed with was their customer service, and approach to ensuring that I was a happy client.

As with many builds, we changed our layout a number of times and Wundagroup were responsive to ensure my needs were met. Both sales and engineers were great to deal with. Jordan and Conor (unsure if they’re still there?) are just 2 names I can highlight.

Would absolutely deal with them again.

Excellent from start to current.

I’ve had my UFH system installed for just over 2 years, it has really transformed my home. I have a traditional screed system.
I also have the Wundasmart system which controls the UF and radiators using wireless thermostats.
It has been faultless until this weekend where the UF connection box lost signal.
Upon further inspection it was clear there was a fault with this.
I called the Wunda helpline and spoke to the technical department and explained the issue.
They had no quibble about replacing the faulty connection box. As I was local I collected it this morning. Now installed and working perfectly.
The Wunda equipment is excellent quality, this is why I was surprised to have discovered a fault, but with aftercare service that good is very impressive.

I emailed support with a query and received a helpful reply in less than an hour and a half! Incredible!

In the past I have spoken to Wunda by telephone and they were incredibly helpful.

Under Floor Heating

I recently ordered our under floor heating from the Wunda Group and was really well looked after by Emily Andrews who was extremely help full and polite and efficient.
I would definitely recommend this company they are extremely well organised.

Amazing customer service

I spoke to Shareen at Wunda technical support, she was very patient, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and helped me deal with an issue I had for 4 days. She also informed me about the warranty I had and made provisions to send me a replacement. Excellent customer service from both Shareen and Wunda

Superb customer service

Superb customer service. We just bought a house with wet Wunda UFH installed which we love. We wanted to add Wunda smart TRV valves to the remaining radiators. Ordered at 3pm and they arrived the next day. We then realised we needed adapters for the existing cable connections on a few radiators. The intuitive app identified what we needed, we rang the UK office as stated on the app, and they answered immediately. A real human! A really friendly one too! Talked me thru what I needed and they were delivered, at no cost, 12 hours later. Superb service, and a great product.

Excellent company and product

Wundafloor provided an excellent solution to the problem of heating a 200 year old house with the minimum of drilling/hole cutting and radiator installation. Their prices were very competitive and the support that we received in planning and installation was first rate. The system is now installed and operating on both ground and first floor and is working better than we could have expected.

Was having trouble programming the thermostat, called Wunda customer services.
Received a callback from Angelo, first thing in the morning.
He was more than happy to help!
Went through the settings and helped program each thermostat, individually.
A very happy customer 😀

Wunda-ful company and customer service

Wunda-ful company and customer service. It has been over nine years since my entire flat was fitted with Wunda hot-water underfloor heating, and recently, some attention is needed as the builders didn't pass documents or advice on regular service to me. Thankfully, the nice tech support people, including Luke and Dave, have been stellar with help despite it being nine years since my purchase! I'm so pleased I bought a Wunda UFH system. They really are fantastic.

Before I choosed Wunda system I checked…

Before I choosed Wunda system I checked other company but about good communication and.marketing i choosed Wunda.
When I installed the all system found few issue:
The first ussie was the blending valve what is was supplied with the pumpset is very poor quality and not was able blending the flow temperature at all, I mean if the boiler sent 55 the valve not was able to do anything about and sent into the pipe work 55. I issued for techical support team and them send the other valve same issue was. I spoken one of the best blending valve UK suplier and find out the valve some poor quality and if the flow rate low like for small room the valve not able to controll the temperature. I try to explain the Wunda tecnical team but they not much want to understanding. After I give up on them and spent about £220 for a other pump set and this problem was sorted the new pumpset was used Esbe blending valve what is controlled brilliantly the flow temperature.
Secont problem I found is the boards is poor quality and under the pipe dont have a foil what is important to transfer the heat up.
The last is the pipe looks good quality but not give out the heat well. The undefloor system delta T have to be between 7-11 and to reach the 6 have reduce the flow rate a lot. But if the flow rate reduced to much possibly you not get enough heat.
I using the system now 2 years so I had a time find out what quality the product and what is the problem with the product.
So I not recoment the Wunda supplier at all the product quality is below market avarage and if you spend 20% you can get much better product.

Nothing was wrong with the installation, just to make cleare and You not blame on costumer the poor quality product fault. With the same installation just changed the pumpset the system worked right way.
Regarding the boards if anyone checking the market can see other suplier board have foil in the pipe line so under the pipe and this way the board transfering the heat better.
Just because other costumer not noticing issues is not mean the product is great.

Hello Elek Attila,
When we first received communication from you regarding the mixing valve, a replacement was delivered next day. After contacting our Technical support team, it was identified that you had installed the replacement incorrectly causing you flow issues. We have been on hand to assist you throughout your installation advising on how to correctly adjust flow gauges to suit each loop of pipe.

Our EPS Rapid Response underfloor heating panel has a thick aluminium sheet which rapidly draws heat from the pipe into and across the entire floor. The pipe supplied is a high output pipe. Eps is an insulator and will insulate against the cold floor, heat conducts through the aluminium.

Since 2006 we have sold tens of thousands of systems with many considerably smaller than yours and our mixing valves, manifolds and systems all without fault.

Underfloor heating systems have various loop lengths which will require varying flow rates to achieve the correct Delta T. This is something that is common and would be expected on any installation as the loop length dictates the individual required flow rates of each loop. Smaller loops requiring lower flow rates than longer ones. A reduced flow rate does not inherently mean that the system is not able to produce enough heat for an area. The Delta T for a loop ensures the correct rate of heat transfer and ensures effective heating from a given loop.
