Excellent customer service
From reception to an adviser, the whole process was extremely smooth, efficient and customer friendly
I was lucky enough to speak to Angelo, a customer advisor, who was enormously helpful in explaining the functionality of thermostats I needed assistance with. Being able to speak to someone who understands the products they are selling, was hugely reassuring. A personal service speaks volumes, rather than buying from a website which rejoices in the fact that theres no one to speak to. It’s people who sell products not chatbox.

Hi we required technical help from WUNDA support team . I was overseas working, IT Support Team Lead Angelo called me for some details went away completed some investigations on our account .Called my Wife and set up the system in the UK 10/10 for helping out .
Great customer support
I have had a Wunda Group underfloor heating system now for 15 years. I have just noticed a small water leak from the return header control valve. I phoned Wunda's technical specialist, Angelo, and he knew exactly what I needed. I ordered the parts and they were dispatched the same day for next day delivery; this is just excellent customer service.
Overall, I am very pleased with the system that Wunda Group designed and their ongoing customer support.
Great product, great staff
I have waited for the system to be operational for a couple of weeks before posting a review. The rapid response system itself is working well with porcelain tiles and I am happy with the product.
As for the staff, they were all helpful from start to finish. I recently spoke with Angelo in the technical team who was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, a real asset to the company.
Reassuring advice
I was very happy with the help I received. I thought I could sort the problem out myself but couldn’t!
Angelo identified the issue immediately and was able to fix it. He also gave me some other tips and advice which helped greatly.

Had a fantastic service from Angelo this afternoon, I’d recently swapped my broadband and couldn’t figure out how to get it back online. Angelo simply talked me through the process and it was all back working in no time!
Brilliant product. Amazing technical support.
I am doing a total home redevelopment but managing the process myself. I chose Wunda as their showroom (just across the bridge into Wales) was hands-on informative and the product affordable and well reviewed. Installation was straightforward and we’ve used it all winter with manual controls. Today I set up the Smart Hub and thermostat and was struggling to connect to my WiFi. I left a message and within 20 minutes I have a call back from someone who walked me through the whole technical set up. Absolutely brilliant support.

All technical lines were busy and i was put through to main desk. The lady who answered my call was really polite and helpful and said that the tech dept would get back to me a soon as they could. I didnt have to wait long before i was contacted and the chap answered all my questions clearly and politely which is really refreshing these days. Great cusromer service and would highly recommend.

Totally brilliant
This is the 2nd time we have installed the Wunda water-based UFH system, the 1st time being so straight forward, we didn't look anywhere else when we moved to a new place.
The service is absolutely brilliant with a great sales team, a truly helpful & responsive planning team & another set of lovely people who help with any questions during the installation.
Cost effective, easy to install for competent DIYers, easy to run - what's not to love. We would highly recommend using Wunda & should we ever move again, I suspect we'd install a Wunda system again too.

The rapid underfloor heating has been installed for approx 18 months had a few teething problems but I can honestly say the after care service is great. Always there to help and explains clearly. The systems works brilliantly and would recommend.

Having moved into our home in January, the underfloor heating had already been perfectly programmed by the previous owners for the winter months. When winter came around again, I found myself struggling to understand how to programme the 24-hour UFH system.
I contacted customer services via email and received an almost immediate response with clear, excellent advice. They also offered to talk me through the programming over the phone if I preferred.
Luke was exceptionally helpful, patient, and supportive, explaining each step in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. The level of aftercare and support was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Great service. I had a call back in less then 20min and was served by this patient Engenheire call Luke. My thermostat was set up in a high temperature and caused me high bills. Hopefully all be sorted 👍🏽

Quick and helpful response
I was really impressed with Wunda's response They called me about 10 minutes after I made an online request for advice on why my underfloor heating had stopped working. Angelo guided me to the likely source of the problem and I was able to get it working again. My system is around 10 years old so they had no obligation to help. Many thanks. Colin

If I could give 6 stars I would!
I cannot rate the company and the system more highly. I was sceptical about having a retrofitted "overfloor" system but so far everything is working really well. We are in the process of expanding the system throughout the ground floor of the house which is usually really cold and I can't wait. Throughout the whole process the team at Wunda have been so helpful and thorough. They even give you some training if you want to fit the floor yourself.
