Purchase price with caution
I would echo the caution on the very high import tax if purchasing from UK, I spent £140 on product and total cost once UPS sends their invoice approaches £200, knowing this in advance would have influenced my purchasing decision not to buy from WB. 3 straps for £200 would mean an alternative vendor for me. Please dont be fooled by their advertised price, be aware products are shipped by UPS from Stockholm, with the delivery comes a separate invoice from UPS detailing import VAT, duties, and a 26% brokerage charges.

I just bought 3 more of the moonwatch straps from Wristbuddys and I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable and high quality, they make the watch look 100x better. Beware Of high import expenses.
The Quality on these straps seems very good, they do have a rubbery smell about them but only noticeable when you literally put your nose on them. Originally I was gifted 2 over Christmas and liked them so much that I decided to purchase 3 more for my Moonswatch Collection. Only that the person that gifted did not warn me about the ridiculous tax and accounting fees. Ended up Paying $50 more. Was also told that because Wrist Buddies masks the delivery price into the purchase price (free delivery) we end up getting taxed on the actual delivery costs, where as normally if they were indicated on the purchase price we'd save on that expense(no tax on shipping costs). The actual straps are actually pretty nice, 4.5 stars but the surprise import costs made them overpriced. Montreal, Canada.

We completely understand your frustration about the surprise import fees. Unfortunately, import taxes and fees are set by the Canadian government, and while we cover the shipping cost with UPS, we can’t influence those additional charges. Canada, along with countries like India and some in South America, has specific import regulations that make these costs unavoidable.

Great Products & Customer Service!
I am very impressed with this company, their products, and their customer service. I ordered a new band from them, and while this one didn’t quite fit my bigger wrist properly (my fault), the band was high quality and the packaging was impressive as well. This time customer
This is my first time purchasing from Wristbuddy and they've exceeded my expectations. I was very surprised when I opened the box to find extra spring bars (on top of the extra spring bars that came with the strap) and a Wristbuddy branded soft cloth. I have used Wristbuddys a couple of times. On both occasions the straps were excellent quality, packaged well and arrived quickly. Due to my error, the second strap did not fit, yet customer services did everything possible to remedy the situation. Many thanks for that.
