Poor communications
I emailed Swiss Link Straps as I wanted to return the product but didn't hear back from them. Frustrating

No order confirmation. No order number. No reply to seven emails chasing the order which took four weeks to arrive. However, the money was debited within 24 hours. Dont touch them with the proverbial barge pole

Website gives you the impression that they are a company trading and delivering from the UK.
You only notice the warning signs when you look at the "Contact us" and you realize there is no phone number, no business address and an "general" email address that if you email them they do not reply.
There is no mention that shipping doesn't mean from somewhere in the UK to you, its actually all the way from China. In my case it took nearly two weeks to arrive, in which time I gave up and bought elsewhere. I have emailed them FOUR times to get a return address and get a refund and no reply.
Glossy web page but underneath is a bunch of scam artists.

Ordered a strap on 22 January - never arrived
Ordered a strap on 22 January. It was apparently sent to a drop off location, but after going on three separate occasions, it was not there. I emailed Swiss Link Straps after the first time, but they never bothered responding. The non-existent strap has now apparently been picked up from the drop off location and sent back to the sender. No communication from the company or the courier. Definitely would not use them again and will be seeking a refund.
Awful quality and customer service - avoid
Awful quality - watch strap split after the very first wear so is now unwearable. Have sent an email but never received a reply.
Its been 18 days since my order
Its been 18 days since my order. They have not even shipped the item yet. No tracking number has been provided. 15 days after the order i received an email asking me how I am enjoying my new strap. I replied to that email asking about the shipping status and there is no response. I wish i had checked TP reviews before placing an order with these guys.
Poor quality product and no customer response
I purchased two watch straps from this company. One of them failed after very limited use. It has been worn no more than five times and the buckle split/broke when I put it on to wear out.
I contacted the company with photos and asked for a replacement or refund. I have chased several times and received no response at all.
The issue is not just the quality of the strap, but the complete lack of customer service afterwards. I would not recommend based on this experience.
Wrong strap
I was sent the wrong coloured strap. Emailed them to get it replaced on 21 December 2025 and as of 9 January 2026 am yet to receive a reply. Have chased them up several times in a manner of ways but have not received a reply.
The website 'Contact Us' page actually says "If you need to contact us with questions, feedback or a suggestion, please send an email to hello@" and doesn't even provide a proper email address.
I agree that the website is misleading about the firm being a British company but the products clearly coming from China.

It's been 19 days and still no strap
It's been 19 days and still no strap. I have messaged them around 8 times and no response. I feel this is a Scam and I will never see the strap I advise anyone to stay away from Swiss link straps. poor customer service or should I say no customer service at all. I checked their address they give on their web site. It's called Poole Bay garden rooms that sell bespoke modular panel system rooms and offices.
Made an order
Made an order, which I did not receive, tried to contact them via email multiple times, no response, I have now been in contact with my bank to dispute the charge.

Eventually when the straps arrived, I thought they looked good quality for the cost, even though delivery was slow.
I’m sorry to say that both straps could not be put on my omega seamaster 42 mm the tolerances must be out on the strap spring bar holes. I could get both straps to sit neatly to the watch but when adding the spring bars they would not line up with the hole properly. This was the same for both straps. I then went and got my OEM black rubber strap and fitted that on and off a few time no problem with different spring bars. I have tried both the straps again and have the same issue. I cannot recommend these straps they just don’t fit.
Won’t be ordering from them again and probably won’t see any offer of refund.
