Top Notch Product Quality and Customer Service
Big fan of Wristbuddy's straps for Moonswatch. The quality elevates the Moonswatch another level or two from the original strap giving it a clean and intergrated look. I don't understand why Swatch Group doesn't improve or collaborate with a 3rd party to put out a better product. Oh well, their loss is Wristbuddy's gain!
Equally their customer service is second to none. Ordered another strap that didn't quite resonate and their customer service team were quick to provide a solution.
I would definitely do business with them in the future.

Great product, great service...
As well as being a lovely product that's well made and fits perfectly to the watch, their customer service has been excellent when a slightly different item was delivered. They answered within an hour and had solved the mistake by sending a rpelacement within 30 more minutes.

Really great service
Really great service, interacting with one real person throughout makes things easier. Johanna was super helpful and asked me all the right questions to see if there was anything they could do to make sure my strap worked perfectly and we ultimately ended up with a very satisfactory resolution. Wristbuddys makes a very high quality product, the premium FKM strap is awesome - I have one of theirs on my Panerai 1381 and the strap is literally my favorite part about wearing the watch.

Great customer service and very quick delivery. Unfortunately, the strap was slightly too small for the watch. Still a great looking strap though….
Made contact and a complete refund was given.

I ordered a strap by mistake
I ordered a strap by mistake. Within the hour, I sent an email to try to cancel that order. They said someone would reach out to me from Customer Service. Next thing I know there’s a shipment email sent. Never received an email from Customer Service. Needless to say I will be returning the strap the minute I get it.
Thank you for rectifying the situation. Everything you stated is accurate.
