I ordered Golden Kili Tea boxes on Wednesday and it was shipped the same day - it was already at my door by Friday! The item arrived in perfect condition, securely packed. What a fantastic selection!

Overwhelmed with the brilliant bits you can buy. So many things you just can't get hold of, especially in a semi-rural area where soy sauce is considered 'exotic'. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again, I qualified for a free express delivery and it arrived within 24hrs...it felt like Christmas when the box arrived.

The only thing I would say was that I was actually looking for German bread dumplings, semmel knoedel...please, please get these in stock! So hard to get in the UK. They would fly off the shelf.

Personally I would buy half a tonne.

In any case, German dumplings or not, I will be making another purchase soon. 10/10!!!

Firstly I ordered the product and it arrived after 1 week everything was ok.

It was the fact that when I done the return order no one got back to me it took World food shop three weeks to send the labels now my worry is that would I get my money back in time.

Very bad and unprofessional service when you do the returns and refunds due to my medical condition things have been really stressful and tiring and this returns order and refund have taken its toll on me.

This is very unprofessional towards me and the company did not treat me right. There is no number to contact customer service just to email which is really unprofessional and really bad.

There is a great selection of products, some of which are hard to find in shops.
Orders are delivered promptly and are safely packed.
