Good website, easy to use and clear. I had a problem with the download which was quickly resolved, every one I dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient. Definitely recommend them for manuals.

I bought a repair service manual for Skoda from here. The money was taken but no manual was sent. Emailed several times without any response. Avoid this place!

Update 2025-08-14: They emailed me the manuals, everything is good now

Bought Mercedes Sprinter manual. Very nice. Although you have to have some experience with computers in order to run it and downloads were quite large (bit of a problem with my unstable internet connection), i was helped very fast. Worth the time and beer money 😄

I purchased an workshop manual for 1999 VW Jetta TDI and was charged for the manual, but was not provided with an order number and order was not acknowledged with an email or other verification; the company did not provide a link to download the promised pdf files; the only information provided was that I only would have 5 days to complete the download; It has already been two going on 3 days and I have no route or way to download the pdf files and I am out the purchase price and this company is dishonest and there is no way to contact them

Contact was made with me quickly when my problem occurred. Advice to fix was supplied by David to rectify issue, files supplied and this made it easy to get the program up and running. A pity other sites don't maintain support of this excellent level.

Yesterday, I ordered the Suzuki Splash car manual, but when I tried to open the Top Page and select ‘Model Select’, the screen remained blank. Please help me so that I can use the file I purchased.

Outstanding customer service. System initially linked download to incorrect manual, one email later issue rectified within 4 hours.
Manual is genuine Mitsubishi Canter and covers all aspects as advertised and is clear and legible.

The Mercedes R129 manual had some trouble to download.
Quickly I received assistance from David and all now is okay.
Furthermore prices are really good.

I purchased an order yesterday evening: Ref. 97796.
                               Citroën Workshop Service Repair Manual 2004-2016. @ £9.95

However.
I have not been able to down-load it, Work-Shop Service Repair Manual, as yet. Only the 'Installation Guide' has been able to down-load.
Yet the - down-loads remaining - is showing as Nought.

I have made several attempts to contact them via their 'Chat' dialogue yesterday evening as well as since after 09:00 this morning.
Also called the telephone number, UK 0161 452 0461, which just plays a recorded message, several times since yesterday evening.
All my efforts have been to no avail.

Initially.
I felt pleased, delighted that the manual was looking to be good enough to meet my very high engineering standards.
Now,
I am, deeply disappointed, as well as rapidly losing trust about the veracity of this site.

Being of a Peaceful and Patient Soul.
For now.
My Jury is still out.
I am, however, expecting a decision will soon be reached.

Bought a couple manuals so far. They were above and beyond my expectations. Before I used to browse the net for free workshop manuals but these manuals are worth the small price. This is now my go-to resource for manuals. Had an issue with a download, emailed them n it was sorted in minutes…I’ll be back for more…

Their bot just grabs whatever you google for and sells you an empty pdf that for some reason requires 35gb and a virtual machine

I have been working on cars now for close to 40 years and I have always admired sources of factual information that can reliably help me solve issues on the cars I work on. I mainly handle BMW cars 90% of the time but some of my clients also have other makes and models of all types of cars and when they bring them to me for any work I always like approaching the jobs professionally with full knowledge just like all good techs out there should be doing. My recent experience with a Mercedes Benz G Wagon W463 is of note. SOmeone swapped the electronically controlled fuel injection pump from my clients car and modified it to use a mechanically controlled pump but my client looked for an original pump and asked me to restore systems to original. Afetr cracking my brain for quite a while I decided to check on the workshopmanuals.com website and there the manual was looking me right in the eye. Downloading it after payment proved tricky for me but after contacting the support team I was assisted immediately and all went well and I am now using the official factory manual to restore everything on my clients car. I am also looking forward to getting some more manuals from them since they are thorough and easy to use. If there is a place that all techs should visit to get the needed workshop manuals for whatever and whichever vehicle they are working on kindly visit the workshopmanuals.com website and do not leave until you get what you deserve because they have it all and nicely packaged for that matter. Very good quality manuals, with all the needed info (which is also accurate). The customer support team was very helpful with a slight problem in the software, with no extra cost and an easy, well explained fix!
