Once again swift fair priced delivery of quality wool and haberdashery, always great delivery experience with plenty of communication, Would happily reccomend for any crafters looking for reliable choice , value and quality.

Superb service as ever. Have ordered many times from WW and their customer care has always been exemplary and this instance was no exception. On close inspection, one item in my order appeared faulty. I took photos and emailed the company to request a replacement. My email was answered that same afternoon and the replacement item arrived the following day. Really can't get better service than that! Well done WW. This is why I'm a loyal customer.

Can’t rate this company highly enough.

Great website with an excellent range of yarns and accessories. Delivery is super quick with great packaging and when I’ve phoned them with a query the staff are very friendly and always helpful.

replacement order sent out with email from royal mail to say here the next day!!

Fast delivery and comprehensive stock.

After I received an order with missing items yesterday, I rang the company and spoke to lovely Liz who sorted the problem immediately and the missing items are on their way to me today. I have used Wool Warehouse for a few years now and have always been impressed by the range and quality of the yarns. Ordering is easy, delivery is swift, and now I know customer service is excellent.

I haven't done an online review before but wanted to share how impressed I am by the speed of the service provided by wool warehouse. I have ordered multiple times over the last few years and it is the only online shop which consistantly delivers and also has an excellant range.
Credit where credits due in this day and age where good customer service is a rare and beautiful thing.

Love the fabric remnant lucky dips, I was surprised at what a decent size they are. Fantastic way to build a stash at low cost. Quick to dispatch, I only wish there were Royal Mail delivery options available so it would arrive quicker but maybe I’m just impatient 🤣 lovely service, thank you.

Have had successful yarn orders all delivered reasonable time except the last order 26 Feb 2026
After a few days 3-5 no show gave it a week still no show reached out wait til the 9 th march now 15 th and 2 e mails recieved no customer response why are so many customer services so rubbish. It enrages me

Have ordered several times now and while delivery isn't super super fast, y'all need to learn some patience its days not weeks.
Only slight issue I've had is that recent order of Yarnsmiths cotton aran in Bronze was lighter than on website. Still nice though.
Will not be my last order either

The website had everything I needed. I had been looking for a particular brand that was out of stock on another site, so I was really pleased to find it here. I think it’s great that you can choose the dye lot.

I chose standard delivery with Evri and considering I ordered late at night and there were 19 balls of wool, it arrived within 5 days. I didn’t hear anything after the order confirmation until it was dispatched two days later but it arrived quickly after that.

Everything was accurate and well packaged. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

and for yarn addicts their filtering function is the best there is: filter by brand, yarn type, weight, colour, type . . ..
If you have a pattern in mind and know what sort of colour you'd like to use it's so satisfying to be able to filter by colour and yarn weight and instantly have all of their options gathered together in front of you!

If you're just browsing and spot yarns you love you can create wishlists so that it's easy to get back to them when you find the perfect pattern to suit.

It must have taken much thought and work to put so much functionality into the website, but it does everything that a customer could possibly want it to do.

Lovely experience with this company. Chose Royal mail 24 shipping and it arrived fast. Yarn is good quality and as a newbie knitter I really appreciate the recommendation on which needle size to use. The organza bag that my yarn got sent in is super useful for storage of both yarn and knitting project. Will buy from them again.

I ordered several different coloured skeins in the same brand, I really like that you can choose the batch number when placing your order. My wool arrived promptly and was well packaged. No complaints.
