I ordered in good faith
I ordered in good faith. Whiskey never arrived! No communication. Only then an upsetting letter from revenue saying they had been confiscated. So I spent almost €300 and have nothing to show for it!!
Never again will i order from Wine and stuff! They just don’t care.

My delivery is over 2 weeks late
My delivery is over 2 weeks late, I have emailed wine and stuff twice in relation to my order and no one has contacted me. Previously I emailed I was assured that my delivery would arrive the next working day. This was 8 days ago. I understand that some delivery timings can change but not updating customers is not acceptable.
